Coerced by Court Appointed Attorney To Write About White Guilt

Anna Morgan-Lloyd, a grandmother from Bloomfield, Indiana, was sentenced for one misdemeanor count of parading in a federal building.
Parading? Not Insurrection?
Prosecutors had recommended probation after noting that Lloyd was not involved in any violence or destruction. What exactly was she arrested for? We were told that all the “Insurrectionists” were violent domestic terrorists. What changed?
Morgan-Lloyd was given 3 years probation, $500 civil restitution, 40 hours of community service and prohibited from obtaining firearms, for walking into the People’s House and doing nothing wrong for ten minutes — except be there.
It has been reported that she voluntarily entered into this plea agreement, in which she gave up her second amendment rights, to avoid six months of jail time. She also apologized to the court, ‘the American people’ and her family for the ‘savage display of violence.’
Except they have already noted that she was not violent.
Again, what changed? What Happened?
Heather Shaner, a D.C.-based criminal defense attorney representing a handful of January 6 protesters, has created a “remedial social studies” program specifically for these clients, to teach them her version of a revisionist socialist history of our country.
“They’re a captured audience, and it’s life-changing for a lot of them,” Shaner tells the radical leftist extremists at Huffington Post. From her filing to the court in support of probation for her client, Shaner writes:
Though she did not defile or destroy any property, she acknowledges that her presence may have given comfort to those who committed acts of violence and acts of destruction.
I have had many political and ethical discussions with Anna Lloyd.
She is a fine woman, who respects the rights of others and apologizes to the Court and our country for entering the Capitol albeit through an open door. She is terrified and awed by the power of the Court.
It is absolute reprogramming of these people. They will walk away not holding their own beliefs, but someone else’s. They will likely no longer support the Bill of Rights or the Constitution. They will become sheep and, no doubt, good little Democrat voters. And they will thank the courts for this privilege.
DOJ claims it did not recommend the reading list Lloyd’s lawyer gave her.

Ah, if only that were true. Nearly every charging document filed by Joe Biden’s Justice Department in the Capitol breach probe mentions the defendant’s belief about the 2020 presidential election as evidence of wrongdoing.
Here’s just one example in a court filing in the case of Jessica Watkins, an Oath Keeper who has been behind bars since January after the government successfully argued for her pre-trial detention. “There is no new or material information that casts the defendant in any less dangerous of a light than when this Court decided to detain her approximately one month ago,” prosecutors wrote in March. “The information advanced by the defendant to support her motion [for release] does nothing to undermine her extremist and violent views regarding how to address what she believed to be a fraudulent election.” (Emphasis added.)
The entire January 6 investigation is an attempt to prosecute people based on their beliefs. Those who purge their views and admit their wrongthink will be given mercy. Those who don’t will pay dearly.
