Impeachment Trial Designed to DESTROY Constitution

To begin, let’s look at what an impeachment actually means.
Article 2, Section 4 states that the “President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
This describes an abuse of power by a high-level public official. Additionally, it is the first of a two-step process to remove the civil officer. The second step is for the Senate to conduct a trial, which would be presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice John Roberts has declined to be involved with this trial and will not oversee the proceedings. This raises the issue of whether or not the trial is even legal, as the Constitution specifies that when the President of the United States is tried, “the Chief Justice shall preside.”
Instead, the Democrat-Marxists have enlisted the help of Comrade Senator Patrick Leahy, a known Trump-hater from Vermont.
The House vote for impeachment took place before President Trump left Washington DC, yet the article was not transferred to the Senate until January 25th well after he became a private citizen.
Why the delay? There was no immediate or emergency circumstances that could have held up the transfer of the document. It seemed as if these autocrats just didn’t think it was important enough to get done in a timely manner.

Trump’s attorneys correctly argue that, as a private citizen, the Senate lacks jurisdiction to hold this trial, and should they act on the politically motivated proceeding initiated in the House, then they will have passed a Bill of Attainder.
A Bill of Attainder is a specific violation of the United States Constitution, Article 1, Sec. 9. Cl.3.
A bill of attainder allowed for a person to be judged guilty of a crime and punished without a trial, a tactic used in old England against the king’s enemies. Prohibition of such laws means that the U.S. Congress cannot simply punish people who are unpopular or seem to be guilty of crimes. Whereas Habeus Corpus guarantees a fair trial by jury, a bill of attainder would bypass this.
If the Senate should proceed and pass this Bill of Attainder against a private citizen, this would desecrate the US Constitution, and open all citizens to having their Due Process and Civil Liberties stripped from them.
The fallout from this sham trial will conclude with the elimination of ALL of your civil liberties.
The tyrants in the Democrat House insist that President Trump is not allowed the Freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution, beginning with the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech.
They have said that “the First Amendment does not apply at all to impeachment proceedings.” If they can strip one person of this basic and fundamental right, they will gladly strip all of the rights from everyone that disagrees with them.
In their written response to President Trump, dated February 4, 2021, the Comrade Jamie Raskin writes the following:
If you decline this invitation, we reserve any and all rights, including the right to establish at trial that your refusal to testify supports a strong adverse inference regarding your actions (and inaction) on January 6, 2021.
One of the most sacred principles in the American criminal justice system is holding that a defendant is innocent until proven guilty.
Additionally, the Fifth Amendment states that no person “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.”
There go more of Your Civil Rights! As mentioned above, is this trial even legal? Does it matter? Not to the Communists in control. They are not worried about silly little things like LAW. They are above such things.
This is just the beginning. It will not stop until there is no freedom left in what was once a great nation.
