An FBI Frame Up And A Rigged Trial!

UpdateThe hearing will take place in Tacoma, U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office 1717 Pacific Avenue, Room 3100 Tacoma, WA 98402-3200 (253) 882-3800

Introduction, by Terry Noonkester

In August 2017, a panel of three Circuit Judges; Graber, Clifton, and M. Smith, reversed the conviction of solicitation of murder against Schaeffer Cox. The solicitation of murder charge was based on a hypothetical situation that informant Fulton had raised to get Schaeffer to state he would kill federal agents.

Schaeffer had agreed that in a situation where federal agents had killed his family, he would kill those federal agents. Since the “federal agents that had killed his family” were fictional, the crime of solicitation of murder was not possible to commit.

However, the court did uphold the conspiracy charge, reasoning that the conspiracy does not have to be possible and there can be a conspiracy to murder fictional characters.

Schaeffer Cox will be re-sentenced on November 4th, 2019 at the Federal District Court in Fairbanks, Alaska for a possible adjustment to his 26 year sentence. Schaeffer’s supporters will be there to see if the Federal District Court judge will re-sentence to time served, or if this is just another example of the court wasting time and money to use nonsensical logic for the continued silencing of Schaeffer Cox.

By Rudy Davis

Schaeffer Cox, a well known 2nd Amendment lobbyist who had won 38% of the vote in a State House election, became the subject of an intense FBI investigation after he angered State and Federal authorities by openly accusing them of drug trafficking and child prostitution.

Oil pipeline service company executive, Bill Allen, who had been spared prosecution on multiple counts of sexual abuse of minors in exchange for his 2008 testimony against pro-2nd Amendment Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, was among those implicated. “The State Wide Drug Taskforce supplied children for sex to a number of state and federal officials in exchange for those official’s cooperation in concealing the ongoing illicit drug trafficking activities of the State Wide Drug Taskforce,” Schaeffer Cox said.

Not long after these public statements, the same departments that Schaeffer Cox accused of corruption sent in numerous provocateurs to try to switch his efforts off of exposing corruption and on to violent vigilante-type actions. Schaeffer cox, who believes in non-aggression and voluntarism, can be heard on multiple undercover recordings telling the provocateurs, “No, I’m going to pull a Ghandi, NOT a Rambo” and “if we turn violent, people will see us as the bad guys.”

In what some have called a deviation from accepted investigative techniques, the FBI responded to Schaeffer Cox’s rejection of their violent proposals by creating a threat to his children that could serve as a motivator.

Working with the Office of Child Services, the FBI filed a child neglect complaint regarding Schaeffer and his wife Marti’s 1 and 1/2 year old son. Because they do not require probable cause, child neglect complaints are an attractive tool for investigators who wish to enter a home, but lack any evidence to support a warrant.

Once Schaeffer Cox was made aware of the “writ of assistance” issued for the seizure of his young son, the FBI dispatched undercover provocateur, Bill Fulton, to again try to convince Schaeffer Cox to go on a shooting spree in response to these new developments. Bill Fulton, acting under the supervision of FBI Special Agent Sandra Klein, pointed out that the child neglect complaint was obviously the corrupt work of Schaeffer Cox’s political adversaries in the government, and urged him to go kill all officials involved.

When Schaeffer Cox and his friend, Les Zerbe, refused Fulton’s violent suggestions a second time, Fulton flew into a rage, held a hunting knife to Les Zerbe’s throat, and told him he would “slit his throat open and bleed him out at his feet” if he and Cox didn’t agree to the proposed mass shooting. Cox and Zerbe refused, and escaped never to see Fulton again.

Suspecting foul play by the FBI and local police, and fearing for their lives from Fulton, Schaeffer Cox and his wife went to the military police station on Ft. Wainwright for help. Officers there advised Schaeffer Cox that Federal agents had come into the station and bragged of how they planned to “fix the Schaeffer Cox problem” by “going into his home to take out his kid, then just shoot Schaeffer Cox in the process.” The MP’s gave Schaeffer Cox’s attorney affidavits to this effect and would later testify to the same under oath.

At FBI Special Agent Klein’s direction, Fulton made a third attempt to get Schaeffer Cox to do a mass shooting. Fulton did this by issuing a death threat ultimatum and promising to kill Schaeffer Cox himself if he refused the proposal of violence again.

Fearing for their lives, the Cox family packed up and headed for Canada. But the FBI sent another undercover provocateur, RJ Olson, after them, court documents say. Olson, a self described “drug wholesaler” working under the supervision of FBI Special Agent Richard Southerland, held the whole Cox family, including a 2 year old boy and a 3 week old baby girl, hostage, against their will in an attic for 21 days after sabotaging their vehicle, then using death threats from Fulton and a made up story about a truck driver to keep them from leaving.

“The government does not dispute the fact that the actions of the provocateurs working under the FBI’s supervision did in fact meet the legal definition of 1st degree kidnapping,” said Robert John, the Fairbanks attorney who got all related State charges against Cox thrown out.

On March 10th, 2011 Schaeffer Cox was taken from the attic to a deserted industrial lot in Fairbanks where he believed he would meet the “truck driver” Olson had promised. No such truck driver existed. Instead, there was a FBI ambush of out of town agents who did not know Schaeffer Cox was a well respected local political voice with popular support. The Agent’s, who had been instructed to shoot Schaeffer Cox on site if he had a weapon, were not advised by the local FBI case agent of Cox’s repeated statements about being like Ghandi not Rambo.

FBI Special Agent Richard Southerland supplied JR Olson with an unregistered, nontraceable pistol and instructed him to “put it in Schaeffer’s lap then get under the truck so there will be some thick metal between you and him when the shooting starts.” The FBI’s plan was interrupted when the owner of the industrial lot happened upon the scene and started asking questions about why men with masks and machine guns were hiding around the corner.

Schaeffer Cox was arrested and put on trial for “conspiracy against the government.” The prosecution was led by Steve Skrocki and Joseph Botini, the same people that were held in contempt of court for hiding evidence in several related trials of Alaska political personalities. The audio recording of Schaeffer Cox repeatedly rejecting violence were hidden from the jury, but are now being made available to the public by Schaeffer Cox’s supporters via youtube and other means.

Steve Skrocki, who has publically attacked Schaeffer Cox for his belief in Moral Higher Law, built his case primarily on the testimony of Fulton and Olson. But recently released audio recording and email between Steve Skrocki and his boss, US Attorney Karen Loeffler, now show that Skrocki coached his witnesses to lie, then vouched for those lies in his closing arguments to the jury.

Still others have taken issue with Skrocki’s entire theory of the case. “The importance of this case is significant to the whole of humanity,” says Larry Pratt, president of Gun Owners of America. He points out that the prosecution conceded that Cox had no actual plans for violence, but convicted him anyway based on Cox’s belief that ‘We The People’ may someday have to stand down an out of control government.

Schaeffer Cox, who has been in prison since 2011 agrees. “This amounts to sending people to prison for simply believing in the original meaning of the 2nd Amendment,” he says. “If we don’t reverse my conviction, it will set a sweeping new precedent allowing for the wholesale round up of those who have not committed any crimes.

    • They never are because they are the essentially the secret police for the elite families above the government. They do the grunt work of actually running the drugs and guns like the CIA as well as targeting dissidents. They are in a higher class of “citizen” than we are, just like the globalist politicians.

  1. If this article is true, it’s some of the most horrendous criminal behavior I’ve heard of by Federal agencies in my life. Those federal agents and the judge belong in jail! They had his18 month old child kidnapped and then they tried to plant a gun on him so they could murder him. They ran he and his family into Canada and they pursued them there. The murder plot was set up by FBI agents using other agents and a criminal and it was only stopped because a business owner asked why armed and masked men were hiding behind his business!! So the FBI kidnapped his child and tried to kill him and when that didn’t work they put him in Federal prison for 26 years!! This was all because Cox is a local political figure that claimed the FBI , State lawmakers, and the Federal judiciary were corrupt. He was right!! They proved it with their actions. I can’t believe they are still prosecuting hm for the pretend conspiracy charge! This is the kind of gross abuse of power that starts revolutions! It really makes one believe his allegations are true. I was told his story is also on YouTube. I’m going to find it.

  2. In theory law enforcement (FBI) and the legal system (courts and judges) should be separate entities. Each should keep an eye on the other as a check on unregulated, corrupt power. In theory, that is.

Obviously in practice there are no checks or balances when it comes to the power of leo’s and courts. As this case points out ad nauseum (until it makes you sick), the court has overlooked criminal behavior on the part of the FBI and their agents. This makes the court itself a part of the “conspiracy to convict and innocent person”, a crime which should life in prison, if not the death penalty.

Mr Cox should not have spent a day in jail. In fact, the case should have been thrown out by the judge and those involved in the kidnapping of the children prosecuted as kidnappers and put away. This means everyone involved, bar none.

These “judges” and “agents” think that they have the world by the tail. Little are they capable of realizing that We the People have the true power, and have long memories.

  3. Well, they fitted up Edgar Steele nicely, and almost got away with Ruby Ridge, why would anyone think they won’t continue?

  4. Shades of Ruby Ridge. Always be aware of whom you are dealing with. If anything seems fishy (someone pushing you to modify a weapon or attempting to get you to state that you would kill someone under any circumstances) call your Sheriff.

  5. Parents Catch FBI In Plot To Force Mentally Ill Son To Be A Right Wing Terrorist “we now have citizens taking out restraining orders against FBI informants that are trying to incite terrorism.” https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/ps…ght-wing-terrorist/
Every conviction based on FBI testimony must be thrown out.
A BIASED/BRIBED FBI means ALL FBI sworn testimony is questionable and unreliable.
A BIASED FBI means every court case outcome in which the FBI has been involved is questionable.
A BIASED FBI means that everything from WACO to Oklahoma Bomb to 9/11 must be reexamined.
Every legal case in which the FBI has been involved must be reopened and retried.
The FBI lies, perjures cheats ….. how can their testimony “under oath” be accepted in court?
The FBI did a criminally irresponsible job of investigating the Oklahoma City Bomb that was born in Sanilac county, Michigan, and the Militia Culture permeating it. There were TWO militias up there. (1) The CITIZENS Militia, with 85 year old Hattie Farley, which OPPOSED the Sheriff and the “Good Old Boys” and (2) The violence prone, RACIST, PRO-sheriff “element”.
Sanilac county Sheriff Virgil Strickler was BFF and business partner with David Rydel, “commandant” of the “united States Theatre Command” militia which is named in the FBI “Project Megiddo” report for Y2K. Strickler let the Rydel militia use the department’s shooting range. LOUD explosions on the Nichols farm were repeatedly reported to Strickler, So what do you know! when the Feds raided the farm the evidence was cleaned up. James Nichols stated in his speech at the Dearborn Centennial Library that the FIRST person he wanted to talk to was Strickler, which he did BEFORE talking to the FEDS. James was welcomed home as a HERO when he was released from Federal custody. All described in Nichols’ book “Freedom’s End”
The “support network” for the bomb extended to the very top of Sanilac County. Worth Township in Sanilac county, had a Supervisor, James Payne, who flew Confederate flags on his property for decades. He drove around with a Confederate license plate, and had a Black Lawn Jockey holding a Confederate flag standing right at his door. Sheriff Strickler REGULARLY passed that lawn jockey and saw the flags as he entered Payne’s home to socialize

  6. This is a violation of people’s right to privacy, the FBI actually making a child neglect complaint to Dept. of Human services.
This is similar to the set up the FBI used against the Trump campaign setting up General Flynn and other members of his campaign so they could get a FISA warrant to spy on the campaign.
Getting the FISA warrant under false pretenses and making the child neglect complaint amount to the same approach by the FBI to falsely accuse people of wrong doing so they can carry out, what amounts to entrapment.
People who weren’t actually doing anything wrong were set up by the FBI as criminals as part of a political operation.
It appears that Schaeffer Cox is a political prisoner.
These kind of questionable entrapment actions by the FBI need to be investigated, and those responsible held accountable.
With these kind of high profile political prosecutions by the FBI, there is a basis for the FBI to be entirely restructured if not eliminated entirely.
The FBI was set up as an agency to stop the gangsters robbing banks during the depression. Now local police departments are capable of this kind of policing. It used to be the gangsters outgunned the small town police departments, and could outrun the local sheriff with high-powered V8’s, and Clyde Barrow actually wrote a letter to Ford, praising the Ford V8 in his business, which wasn’t “strictly legal”.
There’s still gangsters, drug king pins, cartels, human traffickers, but the FBI seems to be using it’s resources for high profile political convictions.
