Tim Walberg Takes on KrisAnne Hall and LOSES

KrisAnne Hall has proven her knowledge and worth to thousands of Patriots around the country. She is a trained Constitutional Attorney and scholar. She travels the country at no charge to teach citizens what their rights are.
But, in so doing, she tends to upset the Lefty Liberals, and the New World Order (NWO) Freakazoids. You know the type – they believe they are all powerful and are always above the law.
Guess what? They keep trying but she continues to hand their ignorance to them on a platter.
Here is another example of an ignorant elected official that believes the US Constitution (Yes, the one he swore an Oath to uphold) is not based in reality.
Rep Tim Walberg (R-Michigan) is a former pastor and has been a US Congressman since 2011. You would think that at some point in the last five years he would have at least attempted to read the US Constitution.
Additionally, he seems not to have learned his seminary lessons too well, either. The founding documents are based on Christian teachings. This country was founded as a Christian nation, yet this former pastor and US Congressman says that following the Constitution is an unattainable “perfection” that doesn’t equate to “reality.”
Really? Don’t bother trying? It is a fantasy to want to follow the Constitution? Wow, I think someone should mention this to his constituents.
He says that they (Congress) have the authority to fund anything they want. It does not matter if it is UNconstitutional or IMmoral. They can do what they want!
Tim Walberg personifies the elitist attitude in Washington. This is the perfect example of government run amok. He does not care about the Supreme Law of the Land. He finds it unrealistic.

And yet, for such a “holy” document, why did it not mention religion only to exclude it or prevent the government from establishing an official relgion? Wouldn’t such a document want to impose, rather than exclude, a religious test (Christians only for the public trust or office) if indeed the founders intended the Constitution to reflect “Christian values” and doctrine?
At the time of the writing of the US Constitutions, most, if not all state constitutions included sanctioned religions. The fact of the matter is that the US Constitution did not include religion or Christianity and that was a purposeful choice by the writers. It is clearly a secular document.
But, this is all for nothing. We live in a post-Constitutional era anyway. Anything goes.

Because they knew history. More murders, tortures, destruction, enslavements, etc has been done in this world has been, is being done to ENFORCE a particular religion.
George Washington: “Being no bigot myself to any mode of worship, I am disposed to indulge the professors of Christianity in the church, that road to Heaven, which to them shall seem the most direct plainest easiest and least liable to exception.”
Religions on their own (so to speak) are not the problem, it is always governmental enforcement of the religion – be it Kings, Tyrants, governing Board of some type – which requires zealots and psychos willing to do anything to enforce their religion (this is a very brief summary in my own words of thousands of years), or the “religion” is the government.
Here, where the people put the rules for their government in writing, and those that serve within the government are there to do certain jobs/carry out duties (that are in writing) that protect and defend the liberties of the people – without getting in the way of the achievements of them – an enforcement of religion would have brought us to this current point much more quickly.
Benjamin Franklin: “In free governments the rulers are the servants, and the people their superiors and sovereigns. For the former, therefore, to return among the latter was not to degrade but to promote them.
This unlawfulness and corruption is a result of those who want power. But, paradoxically, those that want power are the last ones anyone need in a position of power – they abuse it. But that could be controlled IF the American people did their duty and kept their governmental employees in line – the American people did not do their duty.

No, read the framers words. Understand that the ENFORCEMENT of a religion, “in the name of ‘goodness'”, always is turned to corruption rather quickly.
One cannot build industries, homes, or plow when there are gangs, robbers, etc running around to destroy what is built, pillaging, etc – be the thugs governmental or otherwise. See how it sill is in a lot of third world nations today.
What are the duties of a government? To be able to call upon a large group of people – though here in America it is supposed to be ALL of the people armed and trained – to defend the people be it a small pocket of them grouped together or the nation at large from enemy attacks so that the people can do more with their lives instead dealing on a daily basis with their own safety.
The general (federal) government was created and was delegated the duties to deal as a representative of the state governments in dealing with foreign affairs. The only domestic duties delegated to it is to see that the states trade freely with each other; create postal roads and post offices; establish commerce (trading back and forth equally) with foreign nations, the states, and the Indian Tribes; COIN MONEY, regulate its value; to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States (federal government), etc; have exclusive legislation over Washington DC, and exercise like Authority over all places PURCHASED by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the same shall be for the erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful buildings; and to make all Laws that shall be needed to carry out the DELEGATED duties assigned to the federal government.
That is why there is no governmental enforcement of religion, because the corruption of power that attracts those types that crave power would have done what is going on today much sooner.

Patrick Henry: “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.”
Why is it this way? Because it is always easier to distract the people, and get them to accept the unacceptable if it is done in the name of “whatever goodness”. But people should NEVER accept words, but watch the ACTIONS of those in positions of power within the governments, leaders of religions, and within any positions that carry sway over a mass of people.
It is usually not the religion or the government per se that is corrupt, it is the people within them that get into positions where they “run” them (or think they do) and have convinced others that the evil, terrible things they do are done in the name of the people, of goodness, etc.
Think “Patriot Act”, think “For the Children” while those in OUR government are murdering them by the thousands – bombs/drones/etc. Think of the Crusades, etc.
Now do you understand why? BTW, our forefathers also told us to watch those closely that serve within our government and allow NO deviation from what is inn writing to retain and protect our freedom, our way of life, our nation.

People keep claiming that the Constitution is a Christian or religious document. Instead, the Constitution is entirely a secular document. The only place where religion is mentioned is to exclude it (no religious test for public office). If it is a Christian or religious document, why isn’t God or Christianity mentioned?
Of course, many state Constitutions reference God, but the US Constitution does not.
The US Constitution is based on christian values, but no governmental assistance or force was to in support of a particular religion. The framers were well aware of the evils done to people in the name of forcing a particular religion upon them; upon spreading that religion – force. They felt that people should be in charge of what they believed as well as in charge of their own lives. The US Constitution was written not to force a religion, but to see its “workings” in action.
If you read it those Christian values are in there, contrary to the beliefs and practices of the time. Our country, the people, not only had to be “dumbed down”, but also had to be corrupted so that they would have no moral backing to stand up for anything – that is what one sees today. That is why we see “evil” and treacherous people serving within our government, an honest, moral people would never allow them to serve once their corruption, lying, etc were discovered.
The framers felt that no government had the right to “meddle” in the peoples lives and created a document that did just that (if followed) and kept government OUT of the peoples lives. It gave them the duty to keep peace in the land, to defend the freedom and natural rights of the people.
John Adams: “You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments; rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe.”
Benjamin Franklin: “Freedom is not a gift bestowed upon us by other men, but a right that belongs to us by the laws of God and nature.”
George Washington: “The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the destiny of the Republican model of government, are justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked, on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people.”

John Adams “was acutely aware of the need to separate religion from politics. ‘Nothing, is more dreaded than the national government meddling with religion.’”
The framers did what they could to make it so that the national government were not to be “meddling with religion.” Yet, in direct opposition to that requirement we have churches on the 501C2 program, bending to the central governments “wishes”, under their control if they want that “carrot”.
Many people wrongly believe that Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, etc did not believe in God, Christianity. But that is not true. They did not believe in using governmental force to make people “convert” to a particular religion, or in support of a religion as was the norm of that day, and throughout history for ages.
Basically if God does not interact with mankind, why did the signatories appeal to the “Supreme Judge of the World” to vindicate their honorable intentions, and also express confidence in “the Protection of divine Providence”?
Ben Franklin believed that God “‘governs the World by his Providence.’”
Ben Franklin: “I have so much faith in the general government of the world by Providence, that I can hardly conceive a transaction (the framing of the Constitution] of such momentous importance to the welfare of millions… should be suffered (allowed) to pass without being in some degree influenced, guided, and governed by that omnipotent … and beneficent Ruler in whom all inferior spirits live, and move, and have their being.”
Consider that the Virginia Assembly that “passed Jefferson’s [Statute for Religious Freedom] also passed a statute requiring the observance of Sunday as a day of rest” in 1786.
Thomas Jefferson was the primary drafter of the Declaration of Independence.
George Washington: “[the adoption of the Constitution] will demonstrate as visibly the finger of Providence as any possible event in the course of human affairs can ever designate it.”
Because the US constitution requires certain things of the American people if they are to “rule” over those who serve within our government, instead of being ruled by them as was/is the norm for governments. It requires the people to take the time to know what their government is, the US Constitution and all that is in Pursuance thereof it, plus each state Constitution. How can they require those that serve within our governments be bound by it and follow it as the contract they are under if the people – who are the enforcers of that document as the Militia (that requires a complete different comment) – know not what it says? If the people do not have a moral background, have no understanding of honor, have no courage of their convictions then our nation could be destroyed (as is seen to be happening today).
Samuel Adams: “The sum of all is, if we would most truly enjoy the gift of Heaven, let us become a virtuous people; then shall we both deserve and enjoy it. While on the other hand, if we are universally vicious and debauched in our manners, though the form of our Constitution carries the face of the most exalted freedom, we shall in reality be the most abject slaves.”
This is long, and there is much information available on that subject – both pro and con, but the con is from people looking back and ignoring facts and statements that are not in line of what they want to show.
The US Constitution is a lawful document because of the Declaration of Independence, as it is also why we are an independent nation. That document is the foundation of our government, and it does mention God.
she is a simpleton. No wonder she isn’t a real attorney. No real constitunal scholar would agree with her. She is making a living telling you what you want to hear.
She is brilliant, unfortunately many citizens just like you are under-educated and haven’t taken the time to learn the Constitution and understand the meaning. Everyone in Congress should be required to be schooled in the Constitution, or they are unqualified to represent the people. The statement you make “making a living telling you what you want to hear” applies to Congressman Walberg. He will, like the others before him, make a wealthy living and a Career in his congressional job, not being the voice for his constituents. Our Founding fathers never meant the representatives to make full time jobs in DC. If KrissAnn Hall offends you, at least take the time to research our History and the Constitution. It applies to all of us, equally.
And we should take you seriously WHY? Your comment is rife with ignorance and poor writing. Ignorance? Yeah, it says she does this FOR FREE. Not much of a living in that, is there.

All you need to do to remedy that problem is to read a VERY short document that is the supreme LAW of this nation, and is the CONTRACT that all those that SERVE WITHIN our governments are Oath bound to, the US Constitution.
KrisAnn is 100% correct and Rep Walberg is breaking his Oath (felony and the crime of Perjury) and the contract he is under.
