Census: The Back Door To Your Information

By Shari Dovale

The Framers of our country understood that the population of our new country would grow. They wanted to be sure that the representation for the people would remain fair. They decided that a census, taken every ten years, would suffice to determine the number of seats in the House of Representatives and the number of electors to the Electoral College.

The census also keeps taxes fair, as they are to be determined by individual states as per population, not as to their property.

This is all the census was designed for, as stated on the US Constitution, Article I, Section 2, Clause 3.

However, the modern Federal Government, in all it’s wisdom, do not feel they have enough information about you. They want the details of your children’s education, your employment, your religion, and even what race you are. This information was never required, and should not be.

The arguments go back and forth as to what the information will be used for. The government tells us that they need the information to meet the needs of the community. They assure, and reassure, us that the information will not be shared, even with other government departments. However, they said that to the Japanese before World War II, as well.

CensusAll of this seems like a nice little debate at this point, however, the Census employees do not limit themselves to just the actual census, nor are they limited to every ten years.

Between decades, the Census employees attempt to get folks to fill out their ‘surveys.’ These surveys are more intrusive than the actual census. They also try to bully you into believing that the responses are required by law.

We know of one family that has been targeted by the Census Bureau. They get visits and calls every couple of years concerning these surveys. More recently, they have been visited by multiple census employees, just in the last two weeks.

When they don’t fill it out for one person, they just send another. Now, they are sending the paperwork via FedEx. They are determined to waste as much taxpayer money as possible in this futile effort to get their personal information.

It is not like the government doesn’t already know who they are. They just want more… and more… details. They have a burning need to control everything. This is just another manifestation of the Federal Government over reaching into the lives of it’s citizens. The ultimate data mining!

Watch your back doors, Patriots. The Feds will come at you in every way they can.

KrisAnne Hall has written a very good article explaining the need, and requirements, for the census. It also discusses the over reach of the modern Federal government in their quest to get these surveys completed.

  1. I have an idea, borrowed from the Chicago syndicate. How’s abouts we’s adds a few of our dead relatives to the list of those dwelling among us? That way we can maybe gain back that lost representative that was stolen from the state “back when”… After all, if ACORN and Bernbots and Hillarybutts can seed out of county people into our counties to queer the vote (their term for it), we should follow their example and do as they do, not as they say.

  2. We chase off every census worker that comes to our house. Once back in 1990, I filled out the forms and sent them in. Then one of my neighbors that worked in a shop next to where I worked asked me if his wife could come over and talk about the way I had filled out the forms. I jumped right in the middle of him telling him all that information was supposed to be confidential and here he was talking to me about the way I filled out the forms. No, the information is NOT kept confidential and all I will ever give them will be the number of people in my household. Nothing more, EVER!!

  3. You may borrow entirely, partly, whatever. Here is what I sent to some papers in Western Montana last week on same subject.
    Editor:

2 Sundays in a row, we have been visited by the same “census taker” – from Missoula (a hundred miles to the SSE). We did not answer the door last week.

Today, she came to the gate with a clearly visible “No Soliciting” sign at eye level while Lark was outside working – a sign to which Lark pointed, and the woman replied, “I’m not soliciting”… LIAR.

She was looking for “answers” – which is what it means to “solicit”.

Here is what is authorized by the Constitution of the united States of America – in MY words: to count how many people there are in order to determine representation in the House of Representatives (it has NOTHING to do with the Senate, nor the Executive, nor the Judiciary, and certainly NOTHING TO DO with any other tasks the “census bureau” may think or have been told it must do).

We gave our answers in 2010: 2 adults – the census ONLY requires, in truth, knowing how many people there are in any political area, not even their ages, races, nor ethnicities, nor what toothpaste they use or how many lights they burn at night…

They have NO power granted to ask ANY OTHER questions than “how many people”, despite what was done in 1954 to “unconstitutionally expand” power through pure, raw usurpation.

It appears to me that “federal employees” (WHICH is what “census takers” are) cannot read, but are probably required to swear allegiance to the “Constitution of the united States” when they are hired, and then told to use a HUGE list of questions to intimidate people into giving answers that are NONE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S BUSINESS to know.

But, a simple sign that reads “No Solicitors”? “Oh, that doesn’t apply to ME!” said the census “worker” (shoveling her BS…)

Do people NOT wonder why we are sick to death of tyrannical and despotic behavior emanating from “swarms of officers sent hither to harass our people” [1776 Declaration of Independence] by the now-no-longer federal government, but an international cabal that fancies itself our “rulers”?

    ENOUGH already.

http://www.census.gov/2010census/about/constitutional.php link explains what the census is supposed to do, not what manipulators of political correctness want it to do, and virtually demand that we do for them.

These people do not need to know the brand of my toilet paper.
