No, You Are Not Crazy. The World Is.

No, You Are Not Crazy. The World Is.

by Dean Cannon

If you’re starting to wonder what happened to America, you are in good company. People around the world are asking what happened to their countries too. The Frenchman wonders what happened to his culture. A laborer in Thailand asks why he must compete with Burmese labor. A female slave in Xinxiang wonders if the world knows of her suffering while she makes expensive gadgets. Americans wonder why two million people are allowed to breach our Southern Border. Why are gender, the nuclear family and reality itself under relentless attack?

The problem is instinctual. It has a single source. To solve it we must know why and how.

Billions of people around the world are no longer governed by leaders who love their nation the same way their public’s do. We view a nation as a home where our extended family lives. Its borders are a geographic limit of its laws and form a barrier other nations must respect. Borders protect a culture of shared history, experiences, language and traditions where citizens are expected to contribute. We don’t always get along, but we’re a family.

The Globalist sees a nation as an economic vehicle with resources, consumers and labor to exploit. The more borders he can erase, the cheaper his labor. Borders don’t keep him safe. Private security does. It is the 18th and 19th century model. Only there is one big difference: the modern Globalist is a Godless man who expects citizens to put on a uniform and risk their lives for the country. The soldier thinks he is protecting his nation, the Globalist knows there is no nation. As dying for one’s country represents the ultimate civic sacrifice, we need an urgent conversation in America about Who We Are.

The reasons for this intentional degradation of national cultures and human passions were seen as practical. The loss of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in a flash of light led to a rational fear among global leaders that modern war had the potential to be more destructive and final in a way that had no earthly precedent. With Atomic weapons there was no room for error. A miscalculation could obliterate entire civilizations and render their land uninhabitable for thousands of years…including ours. Western leaders thought cultural, familial and national passions would eventually destroy the world. So they decided to slowly eliminate these timeless human attachments. And told us to go watch soccer instead.

A global political class emerged. The Western Middle Class was sacrificed on the alter of de-Industrialization. Jobs were shipped to corrupt nations with no work rules who paid their workers peanuts (Climate Justice will finish off the rest). We’re told this redistribution of (our) wealth prevents crime and conflict. If Western societies, long the example of globalist elites, are any indication…this isn’t working. Globalism is Equity on a planetary scale.

The problems before us took decades to manifest. It will take decades to fix.

We now know Globalism’s biggest toll on humanity: emotional ruin as people are re-engineered and de-humanized. Our cities are drug-filled, job-less, crime-ridden cesspools that only a Globalist could love. Nations may not be lobbing nuclear bombs at each other, but denying what makes us all human kills us anyway. As David Rockefeller put it in 1991: “The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” The culmination of this statement is the goal of the World Economic Forum (WEF) by 2030: You will own nothing and you will be happy. Will we? Someone will own the things we need. Who?

It is time all leaders recognize Globalism as a fact and a threat.

The future of American politics may not be in identifying as Republican, Conservative, Democrat, etc. but as anti-Globalist. That will be a sign you believe in family, God, neighbors and nation.

Donald Rumsfeld said: “History shows that weakness is provocative.”

The weakness shown by the public’s immediate and shocking capitulation to restrictions on civil liberties has provoked the Globalists. Expect to see a tightening of the screws. We must be ready to exploit inevitable mistakes. The midterms provide a great opportunity to do this. There will likely be a Red Wave in the mid-term elections of 2022. If RINOs and Globalists are surfing that wave however, we lose a historic opportunity.

Globalists serve Globalism. And if our representatives are Globalists, we are not being served. So what must we do?

  1. Stop capitulating.
  2. Accept two weeks to flatten the curve is now a generational struggle to save America. No booster shot will bring back ‘normal’. A 3rd dose cannot fix a generation educated on gender studies.
  3. The frontline of our culture war has moved from colleges to public schools. Involvement is a must. They are teaching the Globalist view that our country, like all countries, was evil from the outset. Homeschool is a blessing but our kids may just end up the smartest in the Gulag.
  4. Globalism is where the money is. As such, there are Globalists from Bonner’s Ferry to Buenos Aires. Devise a short sensible “Globalist” test for candidates. “How many genders are there…?” etc.
  5. We have to raise hardy children who can face the challenges ahead.
  6. We can’t elect good people then hit the snooze button; show up and help them.
  7. Wars are not won by genius, but by grinding. We will not win every battle in the culture war, but we must keep going. Globalism won by changing the people. We must do the same.
  8. Ironically, it is the undecided that decide elections. Such people are an opportunity. Advance rational and unemotional arguments. The ideologically possessed are a waste of time.
  9. Apathy is the number one killer of all Republics over 200 years.
  10. Keep focus local. Forget about saving DC for now and focus on saving your community.

Finally, accept one bittersweet truth: America’s problems may not be fixable. She must be reborn.

Try to be grateful we have been called to serve our country in such needful times. America is not the government, her highways or even the flag. America is an idea that lives in our hearts. The flag is a symbol of that love. Enjoy our present freedoms to the full.

Just as the Greatest Generation island hopped their way across the Pacific, so must we march back through our institutions from the local level up.

Because of advanced age many may not live to see America fully restored. Yet we must all act as though our children and our grandchildren’s lives depend on it. Because they do.

  1. Ted Weiland,

This kind of talk is crazy at best! The kind of government you are advocating is a Theocracy which the USA was never meant to be! This is pure insanity and the reason “Very few are provided the correct answer” as you see it, is because VERY FEW are crazy enough to believe such nonsense. The author of this article breaks down the reality quite accurately but I s’pose it doesn’t support your dogma.

  2. MANY PEOPLE are indeed beginning to wonder what happened to America. However, there are VERY FEW indeed who are being provided the correct answer to their quandary – that is, that America has been all-but destroyed at the “hands” of the United States of America.

That’s right – America and the United States of America (aka the Constitutional Republic) are NOT the same thing! Not even close.

In fact, early 1600’s Puritan America whose governments of, by, and for God were established upon the Bible’s immutable/unchanging moral law was sacrificed on the altar of the late 1700s Enlightenment United States of America whose humanistic government of, by, and for the people was established upon capricious man-made traditions (aka the biblically seditious Constitution).

The latter is also known as the Grand Experiment in Self Government. Self-government!?! Gee, what could go wrong? Everything, just open your eyes and look around you. Everything gone wrong in America nationally is the consequence of this monumental case of biblical sedition committed by the 1787 cadre of Enlightenment and Masonic theistic rationalists.

“[B]ecause they have … trespassed against my law … they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind….” (Hosea 8:1, 7)

Today’s America is reaping the inevitable ever-intensifying whirlwind resulting from the wind sown by the constitutional framers and fanned by today’s hoodwinked Christians and patriots who have been bamboozled into believing today’s whirlwind can be dissipated by appealing to the wind responsible for spawning the whirlwind.

Thus, ours is not to save the United States of America but, Lord willing, to restore America.
