Due Process Suspended in Idaho

State primary results do not eliminate “our” conviction to be represented by the Idaho Legislature. The C.D.C. influence and the Northwest Governor’s Association apparently control Governor Little.
“We” want our “normal” returned, without the looming contact-tracing and pre-requisite vaccinations!
House Leadership(?); Speaker Bedke, Business Chairman Dixon need to unite behind a call to convene on Boise, if not convened by Governor Little beforehand, on June 23, 2020.
Contrary to Speaker Bedke’s 4/12/2020 letter to the Governor that, “the Legislature has little authority under existing Idaho law,” the Legislature is permitted by a combination of emergency constitutional clauses and statutes; Article III – section 27, Article IV – section 9, I.C.46-1008, I.C.46-601, I.C.67-415, I.C.67-422 and I.C.67-407, the ability to convene extra legislative session, with or without, the Governor’s “invitation,” to investigate and set “emergency” policy!
The Speaker’s 4/12/2020 comment, “As elected officials we have an obligation to faithfully discharge our duties according to our oaths of office,” requires action NOW! Regardless of the primary results, whether a lame duck, and/or, unwittingly soon to be, every legislator (Woodward and Scott included) must convene, and hold Committee hearings immediately on emergency orders and future vaccine policies.
The SJC Order of 4/22/2020, which exceeds the Governor’s emergency orders, prohibiting due process jury trials for criminal and civil cases until August 3rd and October 5th , respectively, begs the questions; Why is the SJC leading the Governor? What is the Governor not telling the people? How long will civil-rights violations continue, When is the un-masking date?
