Commissioner Sends a Little Message to the Governor

Bonner County Commissioner Steve Bradshaw wrote an open letter to Governor Brad Little today calling him out for his orders on the “less than catastrophic pandemic,” suggesting that these Executive Orders were “orchestrated from someone or somewhere else.”
Governor Little held a press conference today in which he made clear that he has extended the Stage 4 lockdown of the entire state for an additional 2 weeks. This would take us past the July 4th holiday, traditionally filled with celebrations of Freedom and Independence.
Little did not remove any county from his orders, regardless of the Covid 19(84) numbers the government has assigned to them.
In the letter, Bradshaw reminded Little that his orders not only violate the US Constitution, but they also violate the Idaho State Constitution.
The Commissioner continued with his shredding of the Idaho Governor by quoting a letter to General Thomas Gage:
”Thou profane wicked monster of falsehood and perfidy… Your late, infamous proclamation is as full of notorious lies, as toad or rattlesnake of deadly poison – You are an abandoned wretch … without a speedy repentance, you will have an aggravated damnation in hell.”
Telling the Governor that he has abandoned the very people that he took an oath to serve, Commissioner Bradshaw suggested he had caused many to lose everything they had built over their lifetimes. Additionally, Bradshaw prayed that Little would repent and become the honorable leader the people thought they had elected, or to step aside and pass the torch to a true leader.

That is some pretty good cussing, some of the American Revolutionists were pretty good cussers; Thomas Paine did a fair job of cussing General Thomas Gage out in The Crisis. And Gen. Gage deserved it; if something deserves cussed at it it should be; begging General Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson’s pardon…though he would probably say, “Don’t beg my pardon for the sin of cussing…beg the Lord Gods.”
And that is the problem of cussing in general…it is short of solving the problem.
