Jeanette Finicum Tours Oregon,
Presents Documentary on LaVoy Finicum

by Terry Noonkester

LaVoy Finicum was acting as a leading spokesman for the Malhuer Occupation, while they were protesting the re-imprisonment of rancher’s Stephen and Dwight Hammond.  LaVoy Finicum and the Malhuer Occupation leaders were on their way to a meeting in the town of John Day, Oregon, when Lavoy was forced off the road by a roadblock. Oregon State Police, directed by an FBI Hostage Rescue Team, then shot LaVoy Finicum 3 times in the back.

LaVoy Finicum’s widow, Jeanette Finicum, and documentary producer, Mark Herr, will visit Salem, Roseburg, Burns, and Canyon City, Oregon in January of 2019. In Salem, a two day event honors the 3rd anniversary of Finicm’s death (January 26) and his birthday (January 27th).

“LaVoy – Dead Man Talking” is a four part documentary that was created jointly by Mark Herr of the Center for Self Governance and Jeanette Finicum.  They used 8 hours of videos that LaVoy Finicum had made in his quest to educate others on the Constitution and current politics.  Jeanette stated that, “They silenced one mans voice, but in doing so, they created 13 more very loud voices”.  This is in reference to herself and their 12 children that have carried on LaVoy’s quest to educate.

The Finicum Families’ wrongful death suit is currently at the point were defendants are asking for dismissals of the complaints against them.  The case should be advancing to the discovery stage in February of 2019.

5 Comments on Jeanette Finicum Presents Documentary on LaVoy Finicum

  1. May her Lord bless Jeanette Finicum and her family with a successful new year filled with stamina and courage. May she see victory in her wrongful death lawsuit for not only her family, but also for all Americans.

  2. The conspiracy murder of Lavoy Finicum is – in principle – the same as the conspiracy murder of Martin Luther King Jr., and Jesus Christ for that matter: principle. When those who cover up their crimes with deception face any exposure of the truth they – those who cover up their crimes with deception – depend upon the power to shoot the messengers. People ought to learn the facts that matter, but duty is far from reality these days.

    Q. Let me ask you finally — this has
been a long road — how you regard — what is
your explanation for the fact that there has
been such little national media coverage of
these — of this trial and this evidence and
this event here in this Memphis courtroom,
which is the first trial ever to be able to
produce evidence on this assassination —
what has happened here that Mighty Wurlitzer
is not sounding but is in fact totally
    silent — almost totally silent?

    A. Oh, but — as we know, silence can be
    deafening. Disinformation is not only
getting certain things to appear in print,
it’s also getting certain things not to
appear in print. I mean, the first — the
first thing I would say as a way of
explanation is the incredibly powerful effect
of disinformation over a long period of time
that I mentioned before. For 30 years the
official line has been that James Earl Ray
killed Martin Luther King and he did it all
by himself. That’s 30 years, not — nothing
like the short period when the line was that
the Cubans raped the Angolan women. But for
30 years it’s James Earl Ray killed Dr. King,
    did it all by himself.

And when that is imprinted in the
minds of the general public for 30 years, if
somebody stood up and confessed and said: I
did it. Ray didn’t do it, I did it. Here’s
a movie. Here’s a video showing me do it. 99
percent of the people wouldn’t believe him
because it just — it just wouldn’t click in
the mind. It would just go right to — it
    couldn’t be. It’s just a powerful
psychological effect over 30 years of
disinformation that’s been imprinted on the
brains of the — the public. Something to
    the country couldn’t — couldn’t be.

    • Bertrand Russell,1953: “… Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible…” (“The Impact of Science on Society”, Simon and Schuster, New York, 1953)

      • “I’ve come to believe that genius is an exceedingly common human quality, probably natural to most of us… I began to wonder, reluctantly, whether it was possible that being in school itself was what was dumbing them down. Was it possible I had been hired not to enlarge children’s power, but to diminish it? That seemed crazy on the face of it, but slowly I began to realize that the bells and the confinement, the crazy sequences, the age-segregation, the lack of privacy, the constant surveillance, and all the rest of national curriculum of schooling were designed exactly as if someone had set out to *prevent* children from learning how to think and act, to coax them into addiction and dependent behavior.”
