EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Matt Shea Exposes BLM Atrocities

In an exclusive video interview with Redoubt News, Washington State Representative Matt Shea read from a letter he received concerning a BLM whistle blower named Larry Wooten.
Wooten was the lead investigator for the Bureau of Land Management’s investigation into the Bunkerville/Gold Butte operation that went bad for them in April of 2014.
The letter outlines egregious violations and abuses committed by the Bureau of Land Management employees, lead by SAC Dan Love.
These heinous acts were discovered when Wooten was assigned to investigate the Bunkerville Standoff/Gold Butte operation that took place in April 2014.
Wooten was the lead investigator for nearly 3 years, digging into a multitude of issues. He states in the letter:
…the investigation revealed a widespread pattern of bad judgment, lack of discipline, incredible bias, unprofessionalism and misconduct, as well as likely policy, ethical, and legal violations among senior and supervisory staff at the BLM’s Office of Law Enforcement and Security.
He outlined specifics, such as very derogatory name calling, when he described the unprofessional behavior. Additionally, Wooten states that this behavior was committed “often by law enforcement supervisors who are potential witnesses and investigative team supervisors”.
Agent Wooten outlines in detail how Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Dan Love was known for his bad behavior and allowed to get away with it, as he was “the BLM OLES “Directors boy” and they indicated they were going to hide and protect him.”
But, the information that this courageous whistle blower reveals only gets worse from here.
Wooten goes on to outline that SAC Dan Love had what was called a “Kill Book as a trophy and in essence bragged about getting three individuals in Utah to commit suicide (see Operation Cerberus Action out of Blanding, Utah and the death of Dr. Redd).”
The report also describes what appears to be additional people on the BLM hit list, this time, however, Wooten’s own supervisor was an accessory.
My supervisor even took photographs in the secure command post area of the Las Vegas FBI Headquarters and even after he was told that no photographs were allowed, he recklessly emailed out photographs of the “Arrest Tracking Wall” in which Eric Parker and Cliven Bundy had “X’s” through their face and body (indicating prejudice and bias).
The report that Representative Shea shared has multiple pages and is presented here for you to read for yourself.
Some people might claim this is a disgruntled employee, and I would say they are probably not wrong. However, there are too many specifics included, and too many verifiable facts, to disregard the report. Any person that uncovered these abuses, and was fired for trying to report them, has every right to be disgruntled.
Wooten explains that in “February of 2017, it became clear to me that keeping quite became an unofficial condition of my future employment with the BLM, future awards, promotions, and a good future job reference.”
This report names several BLM agents and employees, but then it goes even further. The US Attorney’s office is also implicated in the cover-up:
When I asked [AUSA (First Assistant and Lead Prosecutor) Steven] Myhre if the former BLM SAC’s statements like “Go out there and kick Cliven Bundy in the mouth (or teeth) and take his cattle” and “I need you to get the troops fired up to go get those cows and not take any crap from anyone” would be exculpatory or if we would have to inform the defense counsel, he said something like “we do now,” or “it is now.”
Wooten took great risk upon himself to report the flagrant and vicious acts committed by these government representatives and the Acting US Attorney, Steven Myhre, had him fired from the investigation.
On February 18, 2017, I was removed from my position as the Case Agent Lead Investigator for the Cliven Bundy/Gold Butte Nevada Case
My supervisor told me that AUSA Steven Myhre “furiously demanded” that I be removed from the case and mentioned something about us (the BLM, specifically my supervisor) not turning over (or disclosing) discovery related material
We have previously reported on the blatant Brady violations the prosecution continues to commit. They have withheld evidence that would have easily exonerated these 19 men. The prosecution knew the Bundy family was not threat, as they have already referred to the “Threat Assessment Report” previously completed. These men should never have been incarcerated at all, let alone kept for nearly 2 years.
The list of exculpatory evidence that has been kept from the defense continues to grow. 2 men, Todd Engel and Greg Burleson, were convicted based on this false information. Will truth win out and their convictions get overturned? If the people are to have any chance of regaining trust in our judicial system, this is what should happen.
What about the men that were pressured to accept plea agreements? If those agreements were based on false evidence the prosecution claimed to have had, or if they did not disclose the true facts of the case, will these men have any recourse to have their pleas overturned?
It is now in the hands of Judge Gloria Navarro. She has spent months catering to the prosecution. She has proven to be no friend of the defense.
However, was she misled in this case, as well? Have her eyes been opened to the truth of the scandalous behavior of the prosecution and their witnesses?
If she wants to make this right, and see justice is served, she needs to resolve these issues immediately. She needs to dismiss this case, unseal the entire case and evidence, and hold Steven Myhre and company accountable for their actions

And we thank Larry Wooten for his bravery in shedding light on this outrage. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke needs to step up and address his situation, as well.

My only concern is that these story’s do not show up in any of the MSM sites. Not one word from any of the big news outlets which tells me that it is still being squashed from the general public.
The Government,in these proceedings, is still corrupt.The lies will continue.
The BLM is an international corporation, not a government agency. As an international corporation they do business with the UN as well and are involved in implementing agenda 21/2030 where it states among other things from the document that one of the main objectives of the agenda 21 operation is to consolidate and control all resources on the planet, which includes water, minerals/trace elements and oil/gas here in the US. Dan Love should be arrested immediately for treason. This same agenda happened to the ultimate patriot Lavoy Finicum. I wonder if he was on that list which would implicate Dan Love and the reason why there were foreign merc’s at the scene of his murder on the highway here in Oregon. That incident alone violates our sovereignty as a state and a nation.
You’re absolutely spot on with your informational comment.And I’d not have much doubt that Lavoy was also a merciless targeted individual. Have you read his book? I wonder, too, about the Hammonds, the father and son who were sent back to jail for alleged “backburning.” I think they should also be exonerated and let the hell go…
After Ruby Ridge and Waco, nothing the government does surprises’ me. Government is force.

This is so far below what would even approach necessary to restore trust in the USSA. The FBI, BLM, IRS, CIA, NSA, USFS etc, etc. have committed treason on the soil of this land. They are so far past trust, that anyone who does trust them is either ignorant, or a very naive co-conspirator!
The hubris of the Fish and Wildlife service is evident in their postings in the Federal Register:

I believe they will win, and be free. But, win what, and be free of what? The reality as we see all across America, in and out of government, is an immoral people that is well represented by an immoral government. People continually ask is our government out of control, is the media doing their job, are we paying enough in taxes, are we in the end times. Very stupid questions to be sure.
I’ll sum it up like this. Tax reform! Yes, tax reform. Stupid people all across the country celebrated the “humungous” win of Trump’s tax reform. “We one a big one” they say. “It’s a huge win for Trump” they say. It is so disheartening for me to have to point out that tax reform does not exist without spending reform! All they did was shuffle things around. Someone pays more, and someone pays less. And now they don’t have to deal with it again. Tax reform is over, and we won nothing! Not a damn thing!
Good observation. Tax reform without spending reform including the elimination of Deficit Spending and backdoor financing by issuing Treasury Bonds to the Federal Reserve to fill our coffers…amounts to whitewash.
Trump is doing massive spending reform and it started with him not taking a salary nor does the first lady. He has cut many government jobs and is bring jobs back to boost the economy. He’s cutting all the wasteful spending in government as he discovers it but I’m sure that’s going to take more than a single year or a single term.
You need to put the mike close to his mouth. I have my speakers on the loudest setting and it sounds like he’s whispering.
My grandfather retired from Interior as the lead prosecutor for crimes against the public domain for the area of the 9th Circuit. He was the most straightforward honest person I have known. My father was a lawyer in private practice, and told me several times that omissions are as dishonest as commissions when it comes to telling the truth under oath. Federal police, and there are armed process serving and SWAT teams at over 70 Federal agencies where the Patriot Act has authorized Inspectors General of any US Govt agency to form such paramilitary units. I saw a while back the USFS had purchased over 30 full automatic assault rifles. Really? The Federal Fortress mentality that followed Oklahoma City, and the institutional paranoia that followed 9l11 has created the sequestered Federal, State and local government mentality. They ALL now work behind closed doors, with gate keepers and very, very limited contact with the citizens they claim to serve. “Us vs Them” is the new reality. Watch Congress try to get documents, testimony, from career government employees. Powerless. The legislative and executive branches are powerless when it comes to oversight of the US Justice Dept, the Dept of Defense, now it appears any regulatory agency. What is good for Government is Good for America. So shut the F up, Deplorables.
I agree that the three branches of our Federal Govt are powerless, or nearly powerless to control the Permanent state – The entrenched fed agencies who see presidents and congressmen come and go. There is a fourth branch however, one that is independent of federal machinations and can, with the will to do it, roll back out of control Federal agencies. this fourth branch is the states themselves.
I agree with you, Neil, that the states have been loosing influence ever since the Seventeenth amendment was passed. Justice Scalia stated in US v Williams, 1992, that the fourth branch of government is actually the Grand Jury. He wasn’t talking about a grand jury controlled by the prosecutor, but one administrated by ordinary people. The justice department has eroded the true meaning of a Grand Jury over the years. A properly functioning Grand Jury can investigate any official, at any level, for improper behavior, and then bring an indictment against the “official”.
I will be springing into action by posting this on my personal FB page and also by notifying several of our Utah State Reps as well as my own Congressman Rich Stewart. We have previously discussed the Bundy situation and I believe this gives us the power to act.
This is truly information all Americans need to see/hear. Thank you and Rep. Shea or posting this information. I have shared.
One thing though, the sound is very poor.
God Bless the Bundys,all the others who spent 2 years behind bars, and all those that stood up for them. Lets hope and pray that the Trump administration gives this the attention it deserves. Everyone should do what they can to spread the light. So far the MSM has blacked out this trial.
Let’s not just hope and pray , let’s make damn sure that Trump and his entire staff are putting this in top priority and it DOES GET FIXED AND JUSTICE BROUGHT FORTH FOR BUNDY AND AMERICA

I have not posted or commented for sometime, but I have continued to follow. I watched Mr. Lamb and Mrs. Stewart conversation on Mrs Kramers YT channel the other day. John was grinning and appeared to really be constraining himself. I think he and Mrs. Stewart were aware that y’all had this. Mrs Dovale, I am glad that Redoubt has the lead on this.
