Dan Love Will Not Be Prosecuted

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Utah declined to file criminal charges related to evidence mishandling against BLM Special Agent Daniel P. Love.
Though there were multiple scandalous allegations of breaking the law, including using his influence to get tickets to a sold-out Burning Man festival, telling an employee to delete some emails that contained bureau information requested by then-U.S. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, and telling a federal employee to take seized stones known as moqui marbles out of an evidence room so he could give them away as gifts.
The Associated Press tells us:
The report states that Love in the spring of 2016 told a federal employee to take seized stones known as moqui marbles out of an evidence room so he could give them to a contractor who had done work on the agency’s building in Salt Lake City.
The employee told investigators he had “bad feeling” about taking them from the evidence room, but followed instructions because Love was a law enforcement officer and “scary.”
Several other employees also had the stones, and one told investigators that Love was “giving them out like candy.
This is just one of the violations Love has been investigated for. Love declined to be interviewed by investigators and refused to turn over his government-issued laptops saying they’d been lost. According to the investigative report, he previously told colleagues that he planned to do this if he ever got in trouble.
Love was the Special Agent in Charge of the Bunkerville Standoff in April 2014. Though his testimony was a key part of obtaining the indictments against Cliven Bundy and multiple other defendants, Love was not called as a witness in the recent trials. Complaints of violating the defendants Sixth Amendment rights to face their accusers fell on deaf ears.
Sixth Amendment:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
The government has stated they will continue to prosecute citizens for their being at the standoff in Bunkerville, though multiple juries have found these same citizens not guilty of most of the charges. The most recent jury deadlocked on only 6 of 40 charges, with reports of only a single holdout juror.
Currently, a third trial on the same charges is scheduled for September. Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, as well as multiple other defendants, have been held for a year and a half without bail, still awaiting their day in court.
Yet, the government continues to protecting their own. Dan Love will get away with alleged multiple violations while the citizens sit and languish in jail over charges two juries have rejected so far.

This should terrify any average US citizen. This man not only lied and manipulated the system, but bragged about his “kill list” of people he planned on pressuring to their own demise.
As for his future, does anyone know if the KGB is still hiring? He seems well suited to their form of law enforcement.

The DOJ is like a comedy act that isn’t even remotely funny: Promoting the killers at Ruby Ridge; Allowing Clinton to escape prosecution; Running rough shod over ordinary citizens; IRS killing the efforts of conservative 501c3 organizations; etc. Justice is supposed to be blind. But the American justice system is anything but blind. The DOJ gives a wink and a nod to countless federal employees to include DOJ employees who repeatedly violate the Constitutional Rights of American Citizens. I love this country but know there is a better than even chance I could fall into the sights of one of those government employees who live life like they are above the law.
What you say is true…and stepping back a couple score…consider J. Edgar Hoover was the Director of the F.B.I. for 48 years…almost 1/4 of the number of years the USA had been existence in 1973. The programs and institutional violations under Hoover segued into the current milieu of the Justice Department…with off-the-books accounts, classified info, renaming programs to carry on after they have been closed down by Congress, surveillance programs…and more.
Just like the Federal Reserve Act led to Bretton Woods led to Nixon abandoning that agreement in favor of a basket of international currencies and a loose association to the Petro-Dollar…the slip on all fronts of our society has been a slow boil.
I should have been more precise, the Justice Department being one of the three branches on the U.S. Constitution…and the Department of Justice (DOJ) being under the Executive Department. Those are two separate government entities.
So that is how the government does it, lets the criminal employees go scott free and continue to prosecute citizens? As if nothing had happened? This is bull $***!

He was reprimanded for burning man and lost his job,. As for the accusorat bunkerville it would be the whole justice department, he BLM, the State Police, and metro as the accusations are that they conspired and obstructed the completion of court orders and by threats extorted the Court ordered BLM to give up the cattle. The Justice Dept is the accusorat and any of the law enforcement officials can be a witness,. Dan love is just a little cog in the machine and in material to the charge. I am surprised that the Justice department hasn’t moved for a change in venue as because of local beliefs influenced by social media barrage by supporters has caused all the cases to end up with jury nullification makes it impossible for the Justice department to get a fair jury. They moved cases away in civil rights cases in the south in the 1960s for the same reasons
You impugn the reputation of not one group of 12 jurors…you impugn two Juries. Is the only fair jury one that kowtows to Federal bullying and convicts on any and all indictments?
Well Harold…would you entertain the notion that sometime, someplace, our Govt could be dead wrong and abusive ? Or is it your belief that if the Fed does it, it is right? What if you could hear from someone who has been much more deeply involved in these affairs than yourself ? Say,for example,someone who was front and center in Toquop Wash,Knows the Bundy family,was a Malhure demonstrator,was in jail with Ammon, is one of the seven found not guilty with him in Portland,and has attended both Vegas trials as a supporter ? Of course, I am referring to myself. Would you defend your ancestral home against arbitrary eviction ? Or as Cliven said “I’m not gong to pay the BLM to regulate me out of business”. Or would you say “Well, we’ve ranched this land for over 100 years,it’s our way of life and our livelihood, but the Govt has told us to get out, so lets leave” ? The jury influenced by a media blitz ? If there has been any partisan support for this case in the media,I’d like to see it. On the contrary, the Bundys have been subjected to vilification and scorn in the media, “Anti-Govt extemists”..”yall Queda”..”Racist”..if there has been any media influence on the jurors it’s been negative. The big problem for the Govt in proving their vaunted “Conspiracy” charges is that there was no conspiracy.Lacking any solid evidence of conspiracy among the Bundys and their supporters, the Govt threw up a hodgepodge of stray evidence,most of it subject to interpretation, hoping the jury would connect a very amorphous pattern of dots.
