The Precinct Strategy To Take Back Our Country

By Terry Noonkester

The Precinct Strategy is a method of getting true conservatives back within the Republican Party.  If all the Precinct Committee Person (PCP) vacancies are filled with people of strong conservative convictions, the base can vote out weak or compromised leadership of the Party.  This is possible because currently about half of the PCP positions throughout the country are vacant.  Different areas use slightly differing names for this position.  Your area might call it ‘PC’ for Precinct Committeeman.

The Republican Party does have good conservatives in it who are willing to take positions of Party leadership, but they won’t get elected into those positions unless the Party has a solid majority of conservatives in the PCP ranks. To be able to vote for the Party leadership, a conservative registered voter must be a PCP.  Most anyone that has been a registered voter in the Republican Party for at least 180 days can become a PCP.

The precinct is the smallest political unit in the country. Each precinct corresponds to one polling place where the residents of that precinct will go to vote; your own neighborhood where you know the people, the schools, and the community centers. This does apply to states that now have only mail-in ballots.

The person that wants to become a PCP is usually first appointed to the position.  This is an easy process. The perspective PCP contacts their local Party headquarters and fills out a simple form.  Then they are invited to attend a Central Committee Meeting to be sworn into office. During the next official election cycle, the appointed PCP can be elected to the position they have already filled, and then as an elected PCP, will be allowed to vote on the district, county, and state party leadership as well as the party platform.

As a PCP, you can devote as much or as little time to other PCP tasks such as helping to get out the vote on election day and informing the voters in your precinct about the best candidates and how best to vote on initiatives, etc.  It is at the primary level where many of the best qualified and honest candidates are currently eliminated in a compromised system.  Becoming a PCP is currently the best way to advocate for better candidates.  It is also a way to promote full forensic audits.  PCP’s have better access to resources needed for conducting canvasses of their precincts that can aid in the cleansing of voter rolls.

Dan Schultz on Precinct Committee Persons:  “The office of precinct committeeman (PC) has been called ‘the most powerful office in the land’ because the PC is the closest structured political officeholder to the registered voter.  A registered voter has no vote in internal Party policy; a precinct committeeman does.  A PC elects district, county and state party officers, delegates to the Presidential Convention, etc. PCs sent to the Presidential Convention vote on what policies the party platform will be advocated in the next two years.” – PrecinctStrategy.com

Democratic and Republican Party leaders control every county in the USA and are working against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Liberty fighters! Get involved as Precinct Leaders in your county, in the party of your choice, or as independents.  A precinct is simply one of several districts into which a county is divided for voting. A precinct is usually 10 or 12 streets around your house.”

The precinct leaders (PCs) elect the county party leaders who endorse the candidates. Change the party leaders, change the lawmakers, restore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and save the nation. This is how we take back our Nation for Liberty, precinct by precinct, county by county, and state by state.”
