Feds Begin to Make Their Move To Socialism

We have previously reported that the Federal ARPA carrot of “Free Money” was the path to Socialism, and we projected that the Feds would use this as a way to take over every jurisdiction in the United States. For all intents and purposes, this was essentially the plan, yet the warnings fell on deaf ears.

ARPA was signed into law on March 11, 2021. The new American Rescue Plan Act is a 628-page document that impacts a number of different industries, sectors, and entities. ARPA provides an estimated $1.9 trillion in stimulus to aid in the COVID-19 plandemic.

The windfall of Federal bait was money disbursed several months before the ramifications were announced. There was enough time for the jurisdictions to begin digging their too-deep-to-climb-out-of holes by spending more money than they could make up for later.

The first shots were fired in October, with the contracts being sent to the different jurisdictions, and slipping in a couple of paragraphs that included language that had not been seen in previous Federal grants.

The final rules have now been sent out and people are beginning to see what they may have actually stepped into.

In a letter sent Friday, the Treasury Department said the state had 60 days to remove the provisions regarding masks before the federal government took action to recover the funds, and also threatened to withhold the upcoming aid.

“By discouraging families and school districts from following this guidance, the conditions referenced above undermine efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19,” the department said. “Accordingly, these school programs as currently structured are ineligible uses of (Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds).”

The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program is a part of the American Rescue Plan, and fall under the same rules outlined previously. The Feds can do whatever they want if they find the jurisdiction is not in compliance.

The few jurisdictions that previously seemed to show concern did not make any substantial moves to stop, or even slow, the flow of money coming in from the Feds. It was said in an official government meeting this week that Idaho is the only state asking whether or not a vaccine mandate could be required through acceptance of these funds, and Bonner County is the only county in the state of Idaho making noise about these final rules.

Commissioner, and candidate for Governor, Steve Bradshaw was the first to bring up his concerns about these slimy rules put out through the ARPA grant money, and stated his concerns over the possible Socialist takeover from the Feds.

Bradshaw explained. “Except, if you look at the language, they don’t have to prove that you mishandled the money, they just have to decide that you mishandled the money.”

Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler joined him and immediately returned the money that was set aside for his department, refusing to be beholden to the Federal government. The Emergency Management Service (EMS) department was the only other department that had requested ARPA funds.

The remaining Commissioners had scoffed until the public outcry became too loud. A resolution was passed this week in Bonner County returning all ARPA funds to the original account and telling EMS to stop utilizing these funds. The director of Bonner County EMS Jeff Lindsey authorized a public statement begging for the use of these funds regardless of the consequences to the public:

Conclusion

Yes, the Feds have apparently found a way to force jurisdictions to implement a vaccine mandate or face a possible takeover of said jurisdiction by the Federal government. This could feasibly mean a complete turnover to a Socialist country at one fell swoop.

The Democrat-Socialists in Washington DC have not hidden their communist agenda. They have shown their intent to accomplish their goals before the mid-term elections in November, as they have seen the writing on the wall and know that the people are angry and not likely to vote their way.
