ARPA – The Path To Socialism

The new American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) has become the possible mechanism that the Socialist government in Washington DC (the Federal government) can use to completely takeover every jurisdiction in this country, turning it into the United Socialist States of America.
ARPA was signed into law on March 11, 2021. The new American Rescue Plan Act is a 628-page document that impacts a number of different industries, sectors, and entities. ARPA provides an estimated $1.9 trillion in stimulus to aid in the COVID-19 plandemic.
Though it has been presented as an aid to those impacted in their livelihoods by Covid 19(84), it goes much deeper and impacts all jurisdictions, cities and counties as well as states, in their indebtedness to the Federal government.
Looking at the terms and rules of receiving these government funds, it has been noticed around the country of the ambiguity of how the Federal government has presented these rules.
When the government keeps things cryptic, it is time to worry. Remember what Reagan said: “The most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”
The monies were disbursed several months ago, with many jurisdictions diving right in to spend this “Free” windfall. The prudent folks put the money in a trust to wait until receiving the full contract from the Feds to verify the conditions involved with receipt.
The rules/contract for the money was not received until last week, and it is not like any grant seen before.
For example, under rule 9:
Recipient also agrees to comply with all other applicable federal statutes, regulations, and executive orders,
Everyone that receives the money must agree to all of Joe Biden’s executive orders, even if they believe them to be unconstitutional. This includes demands of mask mandates, vaccines passports, and more.
Could they include gun confiscation? Sure, why not? What about demanding the arrests of parents at school board meetings? Absolutely, as we are seeing develop with the Hard-Left Merrick Garland.
In effect, it places all employees on a “contract worker” status, and everyone will be required to follow any Federal mandates that Joe signs off on. This is especially true of the elected officials that accepted the money on behalf of their constituents. I don’t think I like the idea of my elected County Commissioner, or City Mayor, being an employee of the Federal government.
Rule 14 follows with the consequences of not following the government’s demands:
Treasury will take any actions available to it to collect a debt.
Though it is most likely to be seen as a future lawsuit, there are concerns that this could actually entail arresting elected officials, or removing them from office (even if only temporarily) in favor of the Federal government putting their people in place to run that jurisdiction.
But the question is, what are the actual consequences? What are “any actions available?” It is unclear, so the concerns above are very valid.
When the Federal government makes threats, and keeps it ambiguous, you should take notice. Their idea of “Whatever it takes” is generally far from the average citizen’s idea.
This country has seen what the Federal government is capable of doing to it’s citizens. Shades of Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Bunkerville cloud everyone’s memories. Thoughts of people like Daniel P. Love and Steven Myhre provoke shivers for the average person.
The Feds have gotten their claws into every county in this country. This National Association of Counties (NACo) interactive map lists all counties that have taken ARPA money, and how much they received. The funds were divvied up by populace, and most of the jurisdictions received a bigger windfall than their budgets would have ever expected. And, like candy on Christmas morning, they dived right in, gobbling it up.
Multiple jurisdictions around the country have put the brakes on this money after having seen the demands that are only now being placed on the recipients. In North Idaho, Bonner county elected officials have halted their disbursement of funds knowing the strings are too much for them.
Redoubt News discussed the ARPA money with Bonner County Commissioner Steve Bradshaw. He tells us that Bonner County is ready to return the funds to the Federal government due to the language in the contract.
“For example, look at paragraph 14. If they do not like the way that you behaved with the money, it can becomes a debt payable immediately. And nobody will be able to pay it back,” Bradshaw explains.
“They have issued enough money, and made it available to every city, county, and state, according to populace, to the point that it is 3-4 times more than what they would normally have in reserve where they could pay it back.”
Bradshaw has concerns over how the Federal government would collect the debt from all of the jurisdictions across the country, agreeing that they could come in and remove the elected leaders of that jurisdiction, by arrest even, and put their people in place to run that jurisdiction.
“To collect that debt by whatever means they decide are necessary. Do you see the risk in that type of terminology?” he says.
Bonner County only has two departments that requested funds, the Sheriff’s department and EMS. Sheriff Daryl Wheeler has made it clear that he intends to return all ARPA monies to the County Commissioners on Tuesday, Nov 2nd during their weekly business meeting. EMS is expected to follow that lead and refuse the ARPA money.
The City of Sandpoint has received ARPA funds and it is not known how they will react to the language in the contract.
“That is one that it’s gonna hurt because their sewer and water is way behind the ball, and it would actually benefit them,” Bradshaw explained. “Except, if you look at the language, they don’t have to prove that you mishandled the money, they just have to decide that you mishandled the money.”
Clarifying, Bradshaw agrees that the Feds could go so far as to do a blanket withdraw of those funds around the country, in every jurisdiction, and do a total takeover of the country.
“Border to Border,” he tells us, “USA will stand for United Socialist America. It will be a done deal.”
This shows a thought out plan to bring every jurisdiction in this country in line with the Great Reset and Agenda 2030. It would seem that the Socialists in DC are tired of waiting and they are now making their move.
How likely could this be to really happen?
“Anyone that spent the money prematurely, if they read it, should probably be sweating right now. I would be,” Bradshaw suggested.

I thought this article was wonderful, so I’ve shared it, however, I’ve got a notice that not all people are able to pull up the article. I suspect the problem is related to this web page being done differently, whereas, instead of the normal of just opening the page, a download shows up first upon loading the page. But this is and was the ultimate outcome of all the Grants and Subsidies provided from the Federal government ramping up from the 1950’s.
When Ezra Taft Benson, Eisenhower’s Secretary of Agriculture, toured the Co-op’s in the 1950’s trying to get them to reject the Farm Subsidies…and Mr. Benson was pelted with produce at the podium multiple times…what we are seeing now is the tail end of the long slide to total Statism.
If Mr. Benson could see what is happening today he probably would not be surprised…he would probably nod and say, “Yep, this is the natural outcome…the natural consequence…once the gravy train of the State intervenes in the private sector.”
