Establishment of Checkpoints – Update on Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Situation01/27/16
The FBI and Oregon State Police have initiated a containment of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in order to better ensure the safety of community members and law enforcement. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution. We ask you to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the tip line at (541) 573-3162.

The containment procedure involves a series of checkpoints established along key routes into and out of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

Attempts to Travel Into the Refuge
There will be signage ahead of each checkpoint. Anyone who moves beyond that signage will be stopped, identified and asked leave. Non-compliant people will be subject to arrest.

Leaving the Refuge
Anyone coming out of the refuge will have his or her identification confirmed and any associated vehicles searched.

Resident Ranchers Only
The only people allowed to pass into the checkpoints will be Harney County ranchers who own property in those specific areas. They will be required to show photo ID as they go in and out.

  1. After viewing all the Haitians and Africans pouring illegally over the border in Southern California why is the Alphabet agencies NOT putting their man power there to stem the tide??
No, WE have to have them spending millions chasing REAL patriots on our ranch and public lands the Fed thinks THEY own?
P.E. Donald Trump should pardon the ranchers and reporters who had the fortitude to ENFORCE Constitutional law on the lawless!?
Anyone know how to start a petition online to free and honor these folks out of the hands of rogue government? It will interfere little with your $5 latte, beer, and football games?

    • Yes, Trump and Attorney General should free them. And there are petitions on-line but there is just not enough signatures. I know I have shared those petitions on 7 different google+ communities and did not get very many that would re-share it. Juts google: Petitions to free the Bundy’s and all that is involved. One already got 7 years in the Nevada case. The Bundy’s are now in prison in Nevada. And Ammon Bundy was tortured there and in court the officer did not get in trouble. I also shared it on a Community on Facebook Patriots for the Constitution they have a picture of Lavoy on there. They love it when you share anything about Lavoy, Bundy’s. Pete Santilli also.

  2. How did the Feds explain the “need” to fire at a moving vehicle, prior to killing Finicum? The video, recorded from inside the vehicle, was very clear that they were taking fire as they drove away. Finicum appeared to get out and move away from the vehicle to draw fire away from others who were with him. He was a brave man, right up to his death. The policies on firing at or from moving vehicles are very clear. I was unaware that driving away from a traffic stop was worthy of deadly force, unless the driver was attempting to run people over. I am very disappointed by the decisions Federal agencies are being told to make.

  3. Our prayers go out to the family of the ambushed and murdered Mr. Finicum. We have seen this type of public oppression repeatedly in recorded history. To the LEO’s and ward/grasty: Vladimir Lennin, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Mao ,and every other blood-thirsty communist dictator would have applauded this manipulative maneuver of yours. Your not fooling anybody.

  4. This is Murder by Governments. If Bundy and crew are not given a fully informed trial by jury in a constitutional court, then they are being held by unlawful governments. Today governments use UCC commercial code courts with unlawfully mandated minimum sentencings and NO fair trials by juries.. Appionted judges act as juries and rule on unlawful codes, under jurisdiction of defacto or non fully disclosed contract obligations allegedly signed by those in their court… Make no mistake about it. There will NOT be another WACO! This is what they did at WACO.. they closed off the highways so people could not come to the aid of men and women being held unlawfully…by feds… then burned them alive to get rid of evidence that DAvid had on Clinton of Drugs and sex slaves being imported in by Clinton at Buffalo airlines… FBI had the evidence.. but so did David.. WACO burned to get rid of it! But David also gave evidence to Oklahoma FBI… and all but BATF showed up for work that moring when OK city bombing happened… And that evidence is now gone also.. There will be large reprocussions if Bundy and crew are not released. and the FBI who murdered the AZ rancher held without bail in jail for trial.

    • John, who has blood on their hands and who are the traitors? You are not very clear on that.
      Best Regards,
      RangerRick
