Ryan Bundy Campaigns For States Rights

Ryan Bundy. You’ve heard the name, right? You’ve probably even heard some stories. What you may not have heard, is the truth!
As I’ve followed Ryan, the Bundy family, their supporters and their political protests since 2014, I’ve been inundated with news reports that are just blatantly false. Now that Ryan has announced he will run for governor of Nevada, and the false narratives are out in full force again, I’ve decided to voice my concerns on a few things.
First, Ryan was never involved in any “armed standoff” nor “armed takeover”, at Bunkerville or Malheur. Nearly all media sources continue to call these peaceful protests by these misleading titles. False narratives! Ryan and all those truthfully involved in these protests were at these two locations to PROTEST the wrongful, corrupt, tyrannical actions of our government through unjust, corrupt, admiralty courts, nothing more. I say “truthfully involved”, because we all know there were many there sent by the very corrupt entities whose actions the protesters objected. Undercover agents and agent provocateurs were sent in to stir up contention and incite unlawful behavior. They were not successful because the protesters are men and women of principle and integrity, who understood their purpose and would not be misdirected.
Yes, many of the protesters at both protests were armed – LEGALLY! The Second Amendment of our united States Constitution guarantees our RIGHT to “bear arms”. Why were they armed? Because they could be! In previous protests against our corrupt government, those who were unarmed or inadequately armed were murdered by FBI and other government agents. Perhaps these protesters wanted a fighting chance of living beyond the protest. Yet, they were willing to lay their lives on the line for posterity. Willing to give their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to Restoring the Republic, protecting and defending our Constitution! A Constitution many of them have, at one time or another, taken an oath to defend and protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic!
Second, there was NO “armed takeover” of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge! For years the Bundy and Hammond families had fought through all current court processes for redress of grievances only to have the wicked courts deny them. Prior to the Malheur protest, Ammon Bundy, Ryan’s brother, spent weeks, if not months, going through the process for redress of grievances, only to have the case fall on deaf ears. No one would listen to the truth. No one would address the false conviction of Dwight and Steven Hammond.
That’s when the idea of adverse possession of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, renamed Harney County Resource Center, blossomed. Adverse possession is sometimes informally described as “squatter’s rights”, but it is a LEGAL principle that applies when a person who does not have legal title to a property, usually land, attempts to claim legal ownership based upon a history of possession or occupation of the land without the permission of its legal owner.
The Refuge was not inhabited at the time, no government employees were there, none were accosted by, hampered by, nor taken over by “armed militants”!
Third, the Bunkerville protest was not about cattle or grazing fees! Quote filled with misinformation from Fox News: “…armed standoff to block authorities who planned to capture and impound Bundy cattle that allegedly crossed onto government land.” Again, this protest was over the federal claim of ownership of land within the state of Nevada.
“In 1979, and in response to enactment of the FLPMA, Nevada enacted a series of statutes declaring ownership of and control and jurisdiction over all “public lands” within Nevada. Nev.Rev.Stat. §§ 321.596-321.599.”

For posterity, states must step up and declare all land within their boundaries to be owned solely by each particular state’s citizens! Sovereignty! The people of each state possess the lands within their states! That decides ownership!
Bottom line? Do NOT trust “major” news sources for the truth! Do your research! Listen to those involved who have learned the truth! Listen to Redoubt News!
Nevada could become a very influential state, leading the way for others to follow, when Ryan becomes governor!
Ryan Bundy is an erudite man who has my full support and I hope yours, also! If we want a return to Constitutional principles, to freedom and liberty protected by our Constitution, then, Ryan is the man for the job. I loved his response when Judge Navarro was questioning him about “representing” himself…she asked if he had studied or had any training in “the law” and Ryan responded, “I’ve had two years to study law!” Two years where he took the opportunity, not to rely on others for his defense, but to study law, the courts, and his rights and defend himself. This is a man that will study the rights of the citizens of Nevada and will work for that end.

When the substance of the message is insult, that confesses an aggressive, criminal, evil mind intent upon injury. If the injury is slight, the criminal is slightly criminal, the principle remains the same. Rule of law is based upon the principle that it is possible to deter crime by finding the facts, and accounting the criminal behavior accurately to the criminal. Rule of law, as a process, therefore makes crime pay less, and less, which is a deterrent against crime. If the pay-off of a criminal is merely joy in witnessing the damage they do to their targets, the principle still works, as an accurate accounting of the facts, published on the public record, identifies for all who care to see, those who are evil, those who can be avoided, or defended against.
Governor Ryan Bundy sounds a lot like President Donald Trump before the criminal Clinton was defeated. People then resorted to insults when communicating with people supporting Donald Trump.
Since Ryan openly and famously declared in a court filing last year that he was an “idiot”, perhaps he libeled himself?? Now there is something Ryan said that I agree with…

That is a pretty good indication you don’t get out much and that you bathe too much in your own sewer. Mr. White assumes anyone who disagrees with him or the Bundy scam HAS to be a communist. If Ryan Bundy becomes Governor (a real possibility for those who have followed such campaigns as Ross Perot, Ron Paul, and now Donald Trump), then Governor Bundy could return Nevada to a common law state, with grand juries made up “of the most discreet and honest inhabitants” “nominated by their fellows, but commissioned by the governor.”
As in:

When Oath Keepers warned Lavoy Finicum of the criminal government making moves to injure Lavoy Finicum they suggested that Lavoy Finicum move immediately to a nearby county where a “Constitutional” sheriff (common law sheriff) would protect Lavoy Finicum. Constitutional Sheriffs defend innocent people from harm done to them by anyone, including posers posing as law enforcement.
If Governor Bundy can influence (Bully Pulpit) people in each county of Nevada, it is conceivable that each county of Nevada can host common law Sheriffs, and common law juries both grand and petty.
If a fake government stacked jury can inspire the fake government “judge” (Navarro) to turn on the fake government “prosecutor” (Myhre) and call a mistrial in the Bundy versus the fake government kangaroo trial, then it is entirely possible that true rule of law can deter almost all crime, even libel.
If crime does not pay in each county, then criminals don’t get elected.
Bundy should run for senate to get rid of “democrat dean” (Heller) now that Tarkanian has bowed out. Adam laxalt has a better shot at the Governor slot and appears to be the real deal conservative constitutionalist.
To characterize any criticism of the Bundy Bunch to an attack on our food supply/eating is as logical as David Hogg/CNN calling NRA members child murderers because they believe in the second amendment. Mr. White…it may be difficult…but please try to ground your responses into some semblance of reality.

Mr. Schreiber, you have not simply engaged in “any criticism”; you have used base language, calumny, and slander.
You need food; the Bundy’s produce food and left alone that is all they would be doing. You do not need child murderers; and the NRA does not produce child murderers. Those are NOT comparable logic trails.
It is with no small amount of amusement contemplating some of the character’s responses John Wayne portrayed in the moving pictures over this situation of the government taking umbrage over ranging cattle because of turtles or the Federal Government charging fees for grazing rights on lands which should belong to Nevada or harassing the Bundy’s because they want to put in a culvert or dig a pond.

Observation, there was overgrazing in the Navajo’s case; there is not in the Bundy’s case. But the real reason I brought this up was the WAY in which the government killed some of these animals (Note: This is relayed in the book “Code Talkers” but not the above Wikipedia article). On one weekend the government came around to each families land and dug large long trenches with a backhoe, then next weekend they came back and herded numbers of the families livestock into trenches, poured gas on the animals, and burned them alive. The Navajos had relationships with these animals as anyone who has animals can relate to. Those animals the Navajo knew and cared for died screaming and crying burned alive all because the government, far away in Washington, D.C., forced an Edict upon the Navajos.
How many cattle did the Bundy’s lose to this roundup in Bunkerville? Who is actually the victim here? The Bundy’s lost cattle and years of some of the men’s lives locked in jail until found innocent by a jury of their peers. The Federal government lost minuscule grazing fees in comparison to what they have spent in their heavy-handed authoritarian roundup.
Which brings up another important fact, if hard times come and you cannot acquire food from the supermarkets I am highly inclined to think people in the vicinity will “Vote Themselves” the Bundy’s cattle or outright appropriate those cattle for “The Public Good”. Oh what beneficence you will bestow upon the Bundy’s if you only “Vote Yourselves” one half of the Bundy’s cattle or implement price controls where the Bundy’s can only sell their cattle for pennies on the dollar. The tipping point between civilization and the Rule of Law vs. Social Plunder is not maintained by the philosophy you can regulate everything.
But alas, Social Plunder is only an option for you “Pirates” and “Highwaymen” as long as there is something left to Plunder. Ya’ll socialists are such nitwits as to regulate yourselves out of existence (Sort of like the premise homosexuality can survive from generation to generation). Like the last Eastern Bloc joke above notes, “You would run out of sand.”

One other little observation…the doofus Bundy Bunch insists BLM land to be Nevada property. If that were the case, the Nevada Legislature and/or the Clark County Commission would be setting the grazing fees for those lands. Traditionally, a super majority of the Clark County Commission has been Democrat, and more often than not they have controlled the State Legislature.
If you know anything about Nevada, you know that the Democrat feeding frenzy for higher taxes constantly is seeking to raise mining fees/taxes on the rural mining industry. They obviously would see ranchers like the Bundy Bunch as prime pickens for annual grazing fee increases as well…particularly when their environmental base argues that the Mojave Desert (driest in North America) was obviously not intended by the Creator to be Cliven’s personal cow pasture.
That helps to explain why almost all Nevada ranchers think Cliven is out-of-his-mind nuts for wanting the State Legislature or the County Commission to be able to set their grazing fees. For the author of this article to suggest that this Bundy nonsense is not about cow, one has to retort that the author is full of bull excrement.
Lol, since America has adopted the Australian ballot system no one will know whether you or I or anyone else votes for Ryan Bundy. Go on tell us you won’t be. Like we will be able to verify. The Australian ballot system cloaks every one who will for protection. Which is why IDEAS and PHILOSOPHY and ACTION instead of words and promises should always take precedence.
Have you looked at a map of the Mohave Desert? A very small portion resides in Nevada; but yes, Bundy’ cattle range probably encompass that part in Nevada….but the extent and scope of the Mohave desert is so large and diverse to include Bundy’s range considerations as part of your argument is laughable.
Moreover, Plants extract water from rain and dew, emphasis on dew, cattle extract water from plants (chewing on cud)…I live on a range where cattle range from October to mid-April…and there is zero water here…NONE…ZERO. I have to drive 7 miles over roads I can drive over 10mph on to haul my water in. I use about 10 gallon a week drinking and washing dishes on-the-spot…more when watering my rabbits and chickens and pets. But the cattle out here need NONE. Moreover, I am thankful for the cattle since I go out and collect their cow patties to make compost for my garden.

I am listening to an audio book on the “Battle for Berlin” on the last stand of the Third Reich…Dr. Joseph Goebbels was placed in charge of the defense of Berlin…when his subordinates approached him about how milk would be supplied…Goebbels replied, “From cows”. His subordinates replied, “What cows? And what will they eat?”…and Goebbels answer amounted to from they will be conjured by sheer volition. Needlesstosay, that did not work out so well.
Reality must be paramount; will is only good as much as it matches reality one for one. You cannot will cattle, milk, or feed into existence. And by attacking the Bundy’s cattle operation and driving them from business you are gambling you can “will” food into existence in the long run.

It’s not members of the IAP or Republicans that vote for liberty-minded candidates that are responsible for criminals like Reid getting elected. It’s the thousands upon thousands of fraudulent votes by illegals and the additional hundreds of thousands votes by faggot-loving, abortion-worshipping, kalifornia commies that have moved here to Nevada!

Nevada is a large state with lots of open, unpopulated, valleys and mountain ranges . . . it would be interesting to see how an insurgency progresses here after all kinds of actionable intelligence is collected on traitorous, marxist, totalitarian democrats in charge!
The field for governor here in Nevada includes the far-left Bernie supporter Chris Giunchigliani and the slightly more moderate Steve Sisolak running for the Democrat nomination. Adam Laxalt, the incumbent Attorney General and Ron Knecht, the Nevada Comptroller, are running for the Republican nomination. Others may throw their hat in the ring, but right now these are the major party choices. Remember that the casinos hire mucho illegal aliens to wash the dishes, clean the toilets and make the beds, and that the Democrat machine here in Clark County (to a large degree, the Culinary Union) makes sure that illegal aliens can (and do) vote. (How else can an embarrassment like Harry Reid keep winning re-election in the past??)
Presuming the doofus Ryan is on the General Election ballot, I’s be surprised if he gets over 1% of the vote. His voters most certainly will take votes away from the Republican candidate rather than the hard-left winner of the Democrat nomination. The election can be close…and Ryan’s voters conceivably could mean a margin of victory for the leftist fascist. It happened before…in 1998, John Ensign ran for the Senate but was defeated by the Democratic incumbent, Harry Reid, by 428 votes. The Independent American (Hansen Party) candidate received close to 6000 votes in that election, and those wasted votes ensured that Harry Reid would go on to be the Senate Majority Leader. Joel Hansen of course denies that his brother helped to re-elect Harry Reid, justifying that their voters came equally from Democrat as well as Republican voters. That was asinine because there are many more Republicans who lean to the right that would vote for a far-right candidate such as the Hansen Party typically fields.
So though Ryan’s total vote count is bound to be small, it still can be the difference between electing an Adam Laxalt (who by the way could have filed State charges against the doofus Bundy Bunch for their outrageous assault on police officers–including Highway Patrol and Las Vegas Metro–and for among other things closing down I-15 on orders from Cliven) and the hard-left Chris Giunchigliani. Governor Sandoval, if you will recall, was instrumental in causing the BLM to back down, famously declaring that no cow was worth the life of a human. Had Steve Sisolak or Chris Giunchigliani been Governor, there probably would have been a massive bloodbath and Cliven Bundy would have been charged with murder under the felony murder rule.
In other words, the Democrats are rejoicing here in Vegas that the doofus Ryan will be siphoning votes away from someone who actually has a chance to beat the Democrat in what has been lately a blue state. Good luck with that…and may heaven help us.
Ryan and I walked the grounds and checked the buildings on that first day at Malhure, and didn’t find a soul. It was rather spooky, a multimillion dollar complex of offices and shops, all unguarded, unlocked and vacant.There’s no way to overstate the importance of Ryan’s candidacy, or to diminish the steep odds he’ll face.Every Federal sycophant in Carson City will be against him, and that’s about every politico there. He’ll have to run completely outside the “Club” of political hacks that now infest the capitol. I wish folks would see Ryan’s run for Governor as having National Importance, and pitch in for the grassroots campaign this has to be. No, If you are from out of state you can’t vote for him,but there are a multitude of other necessary jobs to be done. The capture of a State Govt by those “Americans of true sight” – Jefferson’s phrase – can be, as Wendy points out, the spearhead for other states.
