Kids “Sous Chef” Cooking Class, ages 7+

While referring to and referencing beginner cooking lessons from The Kids Cook Real Food Curriculum, we’ll also focus on recipe independence, intro to sharp knives and stove-top safety throughout the course material. The first of a four part class series, Lesson “A,” will start with Courses 1 & 2, covering spreading, peeling and dull knife skills (level one). Children will learn the importance of sanitation, how to spread butters, peel vegetables, and slice soft foods with hands-on and visual instructions from our certified Chef.
Dinner will be provided so please inform us of any known allergies before class.
This class is for kids ages 7 and older with only 6 spots available at this time…Parental supervision is not required but participation is encouraged!
$40 per child (proceeds will be going towards 7B Culinary Connections’ Community Fund and Scholarship Program).
