MORE DOXXING: WA State House Publishes Private SSNs

MORE DOXXING:
WA State House Publishes Private SSNs

by Shari Dovale

We have already reported that the Washington State House Representatives have doxxed many in the Law Enforcement community by publishing their personal information.

In the ongoing saga of the Left’s unceasing hit job on the people of Washington, the House Representative‘ s have done the unthinkable, they have released private information for law enforcement officers (LEO).

Continuing our investigation of the documents released, we are bringing light to the darkness of this partisan opposition research funded by the taxpayers.

The latest is finding in the same list of exhibits, social security numbers, published by the Washington House of Representatives.

Washington Code, RCW 42.56.230 specifically outlines what is, and is not, allowed to be made public.

(5) Credit card numbers, debit card numbers, electronic check numbers, card expiration dates, or bank or other financial information as defined in RCW 9.35.005 including social security numbers, except when disclosure is expressly required by or governed by other law;

Redoubt News has the screen shots of the published social security numbers, and phone numbers, and  we are willing to turn over the evidence to the people named. I say this in case the Dems in the Washington House, or even JT Wilcox, the House Minority Leader, decides to do the right thing and redact this information.

Yes, more than one person has had their social security number published by the State of Washington, and now are under threat of having their identity stolen.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) both address ‘Identity Theft’ as a crime on their websites, however, what relief does a person have when it is the State government that initiates the possibility of this crime happening?

The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) website explains that it is a felony in Washington to improperly obtain someone’s financial information.

Does this apply to the Legislators in the State of Washington?

We have spoken to one of the people affected by this doxxing. Pete Santilli is one of those that had their Social Security Number publicly posted by the Washington House Representatives. When informed of this breach and shown the documents, Santilli was angry and said, “I am going to pursue every legal remedy!”

Stay tuned. I am sure there is more from the SHAMpart Report.
