The Roadblocks To Deportation
By Pete Ketcham
Never in our nation’s history has one president created the amount of harm Biden has done by his four year invasion of our nation by millions of individuals from all over the world. Incorporated in this invasion are felony criminals, gang members, terrorists, drug dealers, rapists, murderers, etc. that are spread across our nation.
The incoming Trump administration has made statements of a bold deportation plan that will reverse the effects of this invasion, but there are some major roadblocks that may make this deportation effort much more difficult than anticipated at this time. Some of these roadblocks are as follows:
- The opposition of Sanctuary cities and states whose mayors and governors have vowed to protect the illegal migrants within their cities and states from any deportation action by ICE. They have instructed their law enforcement to not cooperate with ICE in any manner.
- The refusal of countries to accept the illegal immigrants back that came from their country. This is especially true of the gang members and criminals which they
“got rid of” by instructing them to go to the US after their release from prison and jail. - The refusal of countries to accept illegal immigrants from any country not of their own, which leaves ICE with nowhere to send the deportees.
- Numerous lawsuits and political action by the liberal Democrat politicians and entities who are opposed to deportation.
- The time consuming court action required by the law to legally deport an individual.
Conclusion
There are other issues that could be roadblocks, but it would seem the refusal of foreign countries to accept illegals immigrants is the greatest problem. What is ICE going to do with the thousands of illegal immigrants they can’t send out of the country?
Perhaps Trump and Tom Homan (ICE Director) have a plan to deal with these countries that refuse to accept Illegal immigrants, we shall see.
