It would appear that the individuals Trump has selected to head the various federal agencies are dedicated capable individuals intent on bringing these agencies back to
their original non-political status.

The Biden administration has corrupted and politicized various federal agencies such as the DOJ, the FBI, CIA, IRS, and many others in order to facilitate their liberal socialist agenda. Conservative individuals, companies, and corporations were targeted by these agencies and prosecuted for unproven offenses, while liberal democrat individuals, companies, and corporations were given a complete “pass” for blatant offenses.

Even though the directors and top assistants of these agencies will be replaced by the Trump administration, it will also be necessary to terminate the employment of many individuals within these agencies if the corruption and politicization is to be eliminated. This change will not occur as revenge, but for the necessary change back to a non-political agency. It is anticipated this termination process will be difficult to accomplice due the present system of “permanent status” and tenure of federal employees.

But whatever happens to de-politicize these agencies, it should not be done as a measure of revenge on the individuals within these agencies that had used their positions to promote a political agenda, but as a measure to rehabilitate their agency back to a non-political unbiased entity that treats all citizens fairly and equally.

Conclusion

How successful the Trump administration will be in rehabilitating these agencies remains to be seen, but it will no doubt be a difficult process resulting in numerous lawsuits by the federal employees who have been terminated.

As an added note, a recent report shows that only 6% of federal employees are showing up for work due to telework, leaving empty desks and government buildings empty. It would seem for that reason alone there needs to be a thorough revitalization within these agencies, from top to bottom.
