Is “Voting Both A Privilege And A Responsibility”?
In the October 24th issue of the Bonners Ferry Herald, the editor, Caroline Lobsinger, stated that “ Voting both a privilege and a responsibility”. Voting is a right, not a privilege. Then Miss Lobsinger went on to tell me that “All eligible residents should vote”. Wrong again. Only US Citizens are legally allowed to vote. The only “eligible residents” are citizens. What have we become.

Our State “Bill of (alienable from God) Rights”, guarantees us this in Article I, section 19. Right of suffrage guaranteed. The author has a responsibility to know this as do all people of Idaho. Get your pocket copy for free here. https://sos.idaho.gov/government-services/publications-order-form/
I agree that federal laws prohibit illegals from voting, so Why do we have amendment 1 on our ballots? Who is pushing this? This amendment, I fear will turn out to be like sen bill 1168 “ELECTION ADMINISTRATION– PRIVATE MONEYS PROHIBITED “that we were told was to stop the Zuck Bucks but also without any public notice, unconstitutionally added the FEDS as lawful funders of our Sovereign State Elections. Here is why that is a problem. There are countless partisan NGO’s that have been formed as public/private partnerships with the US Government that are used by the FEDS to do indirectly what they are prohibeted to do directly and the Zuck Bucks CTCL is a major one!
