Did Bradshaw Harass a Witness?
by Shari Dovale
18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant
18 U.S. Code § 1514 – Civil action to restrain harassment of a victim or witness
Section 18-2604 – Idaho State Legislature
Federal and Idaho State law is clear. You cannot harass or intimidate a witness or whistle-blower.
In the ongoing saga of Bonner County Commissioner Chairman Steve Bradshaw, he just cannot seem to back off. He has yet to take responsibility for his actions. He has not admitted that he needs to change his behavior.
And he continues to blame everyone else for his failures.
The August 30th hearing resulted in his receiving a restraining order being issued against him. The order was intended to protect Commissioner Asia Williams from Bradshaw, who was found to have likely issued threats against her life.

Everyone has called this politically motivated, which may have been Bradshaw’s initial incentive. He has been angry with Williams since she began her election campaign. Bradshaw was desperate to keep Jeff Connolly in that position, and we can only speculate as to why.
Pastor Steve Bradshaw Mothers Day Message
Bradshaw did not let it go after she took office. He admitted that he has been trying to get Prosecutor Louis Marshall to force her out of office since January, during his expletive-laced rant to Marshall after being served with the TRO.
However, Bradshaw still cannot seem to understand that it is his behavior wherein lies the problem.
Directly after the hearing on August 30th, Bradshaw went straight to the county office building and proceeded to chat and visit for awhile. This was in direct violation of the judge’s orders given him just minutes prior.
Commissioner Williams was warned that she could not go back to the building that day to work, until Bradshaw was removed. There was no excuse for Bradshaw to enter the building that day, except for his belief that he was above the law.
What has been done about this? Has he been held accountable? Or did the powers that be just sweep it under the rug, as Bradshaw really does get special treatment.
But now there is more!
Bradshaw is not ignorant of the law. As a sitting commissioner for the past 5 years he is fully aware of what the law states.
After a records request by Redoubt News, we learned that Chairman Steve Bradshaw seems to have harassed and intimidated a witness in the fore-mentioned case.
Bradshaw is the highest ranking official in Bonner County, and has recently taken control of Human Resources. He is the Big Boss throughout the county.
He is the supervisor over the witness to which he sent these texts.
You would think that Bradshaw would be smarter than this, as he also sent the texts to another person, as noted in the above pics. Too many witnesses, yet Bradshaw is still not being held accountable.
Why is Steve Bradshaw being treated as if the law does not apply to him?
He needs to be held accountable!

It astounds me how this man who claims to be an ordained minister, can act in such a godless manner? What is more disturbing, is that his congregation doesn’t seem to be concerned with it. Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruits.”( Matt. 7:15-20 )This man does not exhibit any of the Fruit of the Spirit ( Gal. 5:22-23 )! He kind of reminds me of Boss Hogg on the Dukes of Hazzard!
He has called himself a Pastor and a man of God, but I have never heard him say that he was “ordained” or “anointed. He is self-proclaimed.
Much like Fred Phelps of the Westboro Church in Kansas…full of hate, and he manipulates his. “Flock”. In the Book of Acts, Luke described the Bereans as noble minded. He commended them for not taking the word of the man behind the pulpit without checking the Scripures daily to see if what he said was true. I believe some people just like to have their “ears tickled.”
The arrogance and pride is overwhelming in him. It will only get worse now that the Bonner County Republican Central Committee failed to censure him. We are in a battle and we have a feeble army of sheep.
