Putin and Hitler, Two of a Kind

Is History Repeating Itself?

Putin and Hitler, Two of a Kind

Putin and Hitler, Two of a Kind (WW2, WW3)

By Pete Ketcham

Putin’s actions today reflect the same distorted megalomaniac personality that drove Hitler to start WW2. It now seems that “history is repeating itself” as illustrated by the following similarities;

1A. Hitler believed that he was destined to bring Germany into a great nation called the Aryan nation, where a blond blue eyed people would rule the world, and the Jews would be eliminated.

2A. Putin believes that he is destined to bring Russia back to the “glory” of the former Soviet Union, where all the satellite former countries would be brought back under control of Russia, regardless that they desired to remain as independent nations.

1B.Hitler started WW2 by unprovoked invasions of Germany’s neighboring countries. He started it by “annexing” Austria and Czechoslovakia in 1938, and invaded Poland in 1939

2B.Putin “annexed” Crimea in 2014, and has now started an all-out unprovoked war in Ukraine in order to “annex” it into Russia, and in this effort may have started the beginnings of a WW3.

1C. Hitler in his war efforts did not limit his military in any manner, but used ever military weapon and option he possessed in order to conquer the neighboring countries.

2C. Putin has now stated he also will use ever military weapon and option he possesses, and has repeatedly threatened to use nuclear weapons in order to “annex” all, or portions of Ukraine into Russia,

1D. Hitler used the Reichstag fire (which the Nazis themselves probably set), as a  “false flag” operation to “justify” his takeover of Germany in1933

2D Putin has used the same tactic in the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipeline in a false flag operation to “justify” his  use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine, and eliminate any obligation to deliver gas to Europe.

1E. At the beginning of WW2 the US stayed out of the war, but supplied assistance to France and England, but was eventually pulled into a full-on war with Germany.

2E.  As “history repeats itself”, the US has stayed out of the Ukraine war, but has supplied weapons and assistance to Ukraine, and now appears to be setting on the brink of being pulled into a (nuclear) WW3 with Russia as the Russia/Ukraine conflict continues, with both sides determined to win the war.

CONCLUSION
The US and NATO  are currently dealing with a megalomaniac (Putin) as delusional as Hitler was when he foolishly started WW2, and are thus in a precarious position as dangerous as when WW2 started. The significant difference between WW2 and this potential WW3 is that nations around the world could be “wiped out” if it proceeds from tactical nuclear weapons to full on strategic nuclear weapons.

  1. Having lived through the Cuban Missile crisis and having had a reasonable, international, education including a good background in history; I can unequivocally say that the only difference between Putin and JFK in 1962 is that Putin was forced to act on his words and JFK was not. The NATO countries and the US broke promise after promise in Ukraine and Putin finally had to call the bluff. He is not only far removed from being a Hitler and is actually a legitimate leader of Russia, unlike the current criminal US regime.

  2. Which of the Deep State, NeoCon agencies pays you for putting this crazy crap on the web? You are an obvious dis information agent doing the propaganda dirty work for the War Party. Your entire diatribe is one massive lie. Shame on you. Demented Brandon thanks you for your support of his war mongering. Why are you not on the front lines if what you say is so true. You are one of those fools who want to fight Russia in a proxy war till the last Ukrainian man.

  3. To stooge Pete Ketcham: Polly want a cracker? Your blather is every bit as predictable as it is boring. What’s it like living as wind-up doll with a key in its back?

  4. I’m probably not the only one hoping that If Putin orders a nuclear strike his generals depose him – preferably with bullets…Mr Ketcham draws accurate, grim parallels between Hitler and Putin and I can only add that both were cornered at the end..A cornered animal can be dangerous..
