Twitter’s War On Christianity?

Twitter’s War On Christianity?

And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ: whom He raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.”
(1 Corinthians 15:14-15)

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation of the Christian faith. To believe that Christ rose three days after his crucifixion, is to be a Christian. This simple fact is what sets Christians apart from all other religions and beliefs.

That is why Easter Sunday is the holiest day of the year in Christianity.

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is a Christian and professed her faith publicly, as most Christians did on this most holy day.

Twitter reacted quickly and suspended her account without explanation.

Greene took to Gab to express her frustration:

It wasn’t until her suspension was nearly complete when Twitter reversed course and said that it had been a mistake, as reported by Breaking911:

Without any reasons given, but knowing that the suspension comes just after Greene posts of her Christian faith, suggests that the entire episode was more liberal criticism of Christianity.

There is debate on whether or not Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO, is an atheist. This was sparked in part in 2017 when Dorsey retweeted a post from New Atheist author Sam Harris, who has been called out for his Islamophobic and racist comments in the past.

Christians need to rise up and profess their faith. Do not let the Satan worshipers, heathens and Marxists stop Christ from reaching to the far ends of the earth!
