The Looney Left is having a meltdown and saying that the phrase “Merry Christmas” is just another GOP talking point.
They are also trashing Justice Neil Gorsuch in the process, as he had the audacity to say those very words on national television.
Gorsuch is making the rounds to promote his new book, “A Republic, If You Can Keep It,” a collection of judicial writings, essays, and autobiographical details.
In an appearance on “Fox and Friends”, the Trump appointee caused a liberal brouhaha when he wished host Ainsley Earhardt “Merry Christmas” during their interview.
Oh my, they even think it is inappropriate for Gorsuch to do any television interviews. They conveniently forget that Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor have done plenty of interviews themselves.
However, GOP Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina jumped to the defense of the Supreme Court Justice by circulating a digital Christmas card for everyone to sign and share.
I worked tirelessly to confirm Justice Neil Gorsuch to our Supreme Court, and I’m not about to let Democrats smear him for wishing Americans a Merry Christmas. ~ Sen. Thom Tillis
