A HUGE WIN For 7yo Twin Boys in Texas!

Judge Kim Cooks has ruled today that the 7yo boys, whose mother wants to turn one of the twins into a girl, would remain under a joint managing conservatorship under both parents.
It began in Dallas this morning, with the Judge trying to keep out all media except for the liberal mainstream media.
Life Site News, has been in the courtroom every day, was not allowed inside for the final ruling.
The judge presiding over the case of Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition,” ruled today that the parents will have joint conservatorship over James, which includes making joint medical decisions for the child.
Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district also put a gag order on both parents so that they cannot speak to the press about the case and decided that the father is not required to pay attorney fees. The judge’s decision means that the Save James website will have to be shut down.

Cooks also gave the two parents joint decision making over all medical, dental, and psychiatric care for the twin boys, indicating that both the father and mother need to consent to the use of puberty blockers or other aspects of a “medical transition.”
Attorney fees are split.
Cooks also issued a gag order on the father.
A similar order was issued in another high-profile court case in Texas, which the Texas Solicitor General recently said is unconstitutional.
Before Cooks issued her verdict, she restricted anyone except members of the press who had a hard card press pass. An exception was made for a reporter of “Coffee & Politics” who is a friend of the judge and is reported to have shown the bailiff a text message from the Judge to allow her in.
The case has reached the attention of state officials, including Texas Governor Greg Abbot, who said this on Twitter:
FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
The jury originally ruled that James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, would be able to continue “transitioning” him into a girl with puberty blockers as early as next summer. The ruling by Judge Cooks today seems to be a compromise. The father appears to be happy with the ruling, as he will continue to have a say in the health and welfare of both of his children.
It has been reported that the mother is receiving funding for these efforts. The father, however, has already incurred roughly $250,000 in legal fees and needs to raise funds.
