The Time for Social Intervention is at Hand

Will you do your part?

By Jim Boyer

Though President Donald Trump has not even completed two full years in office, the democrats hoping to make him a one term Commander-In-Chief are lining up like Black Friday shoppers at Walmart. With the help of an adoring media even the most ill suited and incompetent among them are being sold as viable contenders. But the media is not their only ally.

The millennial demographic in America gets much of its education from agenda driven late night TV hosts and the phalanx of shallow thinkers who carry celebrity status in the entertainment industry. It would be nice to take comfort in the thought that many in the millennial generation will not bother voting. But that’s a fantasy we dare not entertain.

In the 2018 midterm elections two radical Islamists were elected to congress in Minnesota along with a communist Muslim as that state’s Attorney General. Arizona elected a self-professed Marxist US Senator and New York elected a seemingly nonsensical out spoken socialist to congress. In Texas, socialist Beto O’Rourke raised $75 MILLION dollars in trying to defeat Ted Cruz. These people have moved the democrat party significantly to the left. Socialism is becoming their new banner and it is not a joking matter.

The left is skilled at using headline issues to build resentment for our American heritage. Whenever a major protest can be organized such as the women’s march, the nation-wide school walkouts following the Parkland, Florida shooting, or the caravan marching through Mexico, democrat voter registration booths are a common fixture.

In “The Spirit of the Laws“, French political philosopher Montesquieu wrote, “tyranny is only possible with an ignorant and fearful people”. His words are proving true thanks to the widespread failures of America’s public schools.

To continually co-opt the sensational happenings that are sure to occur, the liberal left follows Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals religiously. Rule #6 says, “A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.” This is a tactic employed by ideological teachers in the government controlled public school system where students have the mantras of global warming and social diversity hammered at them 5 days a week while they conduct role playing like dressing in Muslim garb, planting seedlings to change the climate or skipping class to march against the 2nd amendment.

Rule #11 tells them: If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.” So, with every attempt by conservatives to deliver the truth about the exploitation of a social tragedy, the media will immediately respond with cries of racist, homophobic, xenophobic or misogynistic, followed with the expected accusations degrading Donald Trump. They know it is fairly easy to make someone hate something and resist accepting the status quo.

It is probably a good bet that a poll of 16-year olds would reveal a strong majority thinks America is evil and needs to be done away with. Those students will reach voting age by 2020.

Through these efforts the democrat party continues to grow and move to the left while the republican party is losing support due to internal struggles.

The Time for Social Intervention is at Hand

In the turbulence of this political storm our society is at the point of no return and our own worst enemy is us. It is our failure to motivate our own neighbors and urge them to support America before we lose it forever that spells doom for the greatest country our earth has known.

In the last century a standard of mankind was that if something needed to be done to confront evil, Americans stepped up and did it. That may be a thing of the past, but we must understand that what we do beginning right now can alter the 2020 election the result of which will alter the course of history for a long time to come.

In 2016, sixty-three million people voted for Donald Trump and trusted him to drain the swamp. He may be rough around the edges politically speaking, but like the plumber we call when our drains are backing up, we don’t care if he’s a bit sloppy we just want the toilet to flush again.

President Trump still has work to do and he can’t do it without our help. If just one out of five voters who put him in office will resolve to recruit one new voter to support his re-election, we can overwhelm the misguided desire for socialism that is growing like a cancer in our nation. Think about who you may know that has never voted, someone who takes no interest in politics, or a 17-year-old coming of age before the next election and pledge yourself to making them understand how important their defense of our future really is.

This is not a meaningless plea. We are up against the wall when it comes to preserving our constitution and guaranteeing that the law is equal for everyone. Each of us can make a difference by making a believer of one new voter to support our president. Think very seriously about your responsibility, the debt you owe for your freedom and what you can do as you read these words from Sir Winston Churchill:

If you will not fight when you can easily win without bloodshed; If you will not fight when your victory is sure and not to costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precious chance for survival.

There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

Will you commit to keeping America great?

  1. I glad to see this appeal to those of conservative mindset. Trump seems willing to keep up the push against the liberal offensive and he still has two years to go. More power to him.

  2. “There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

All this talk about socialism and it is demonstrably a pack of pots calling a pack of kettles: black.

    Hypocrisy is rife.

What is the check on hypocrisy if not a discovery of the facts in an official manner? Then the hypocrites can collectively ignore those facts, while those who prefer something other than hypocrisy can seek greater awareness of the facts that actually matter.

What are common (collective) characteristics attributed to this so-called socialism stuff?

One fact of that matter is a collection of all the wealth into one collection of collective wealth.

    http://www.usdebtclock.org/

The RINO hypocrites are collectively pointing their fingers at the DINO hypocrites for a reason, and that reason is expressed in the phrase “divide and conquer.”

Before any more slaves are born into the collective ownership of everything worth stealing by hook and by crook, those slaves owe – according to the official record – 66,752.00 units of blood sweat and tears, commonly referred to in that phrase, and another common phrase: “fruits of labor.”

The RINOS will claim “it” to be a Republic, the same “Republic” demanding that extraction of wealth from those yet to be born.

That is a bare faced lie told by all those RINOS, because it is not a republic. Those same RINOS pointing their fingers at those DINOS, as those DINOS lie about it being a democracy.

The incorporated extortion by fraud racket started in 1789, this US thing, was not a Federation, nor was it a Republic once the criminals perpetrated that crime in 1789. If it was anything it was what people now call socialism: the collection of everything worth stealing into one pot, a pot that funds the collection of everything worth stealing.

You people will get what you deserve because you pay for it willingly, as you point your fingers at the other socialists, while falsely claiming that you aren’t socialists. Meanwhile, the process continues without delay, accurately accounting each calorie extracted, from each victim every day.

A lesson could be learned here, learning from all those socialists, with their fetish for precise accuracy concerning what they will take from anyone daring to produce anything worth stealing, taking and adding to the collective pot, and that lesson is this process of accurate accounting.

One of the true federalists, also one of the true republicans, who was also one of the true democrats, offered this lesson, a lesson worth repeating, and heeding, here and now.

“It is not merely the number of impeachments, that are to be expected to make public officers honest and attentive in their business. A general opinion must pervade the community, that the house, the body to impeach them for misconduct, is disinterested, and ever watchful for the public good; and that the judges who shall try impeachments, will not feel a shadow of biass. Under such circumstances, men will not dare transgress, who, not deterred by such accusers and judges, would repeatedly misbehave. We have already suffered many and extensive evils, owing to the defects of the confederation, in not providing against the misconduct of public officers. When we expect the law to be punctually executed, not one man in ten thousand will disobey it: it is the probable chance of escaping punishment that induces men to transgress. It is one important mean to make the government just and honest, rigidly and constantly to hold, before the eyes of those who execute it, punishment, and dismission from office, for misconduct. These are principles no candid man, who has just ideas of the essential features of a free government, will controvert.”

    LETTER XIII.
    JANUARY 14, 1788.

    • Not to criticize but to provide depth, the ideology of corporatism did not spring out of the ether nor was an original mindset for the participants of the 1787 Convention.

Colonial charters in the Thirteen Colonies
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colonial_charters_in_the_Thirteen_Colonies

“In the second half of the seventeenth century, the Crown looked upon charters as obstacles to colonial control, substituting the royal province for corporations and proprietary governments.”

“The Virginia and Massachusetts charters were given to business corporations.”

“The Province of Connecticut and the Province of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations continued as corporation colonies under charters,…”

      • Lessons learned?

A number of people agree – at liberty – to form a corporation. There are no boundaries, therefore there are no jurisdictions, other than those boundaries and jurisdictions agreed to in the laws governing the voluntary corporate association. Once someone steps outside those boundaries, they volunteer – at liberty – to remove themselves from the corporation. All actions performed at liberty, all things done in a civilized manner, all things civil.

Then one corporate member invents and projects falsehoods that knowingly deceive others in the voluntary association formed in a corporate manner. That is called many names including fraud.

If that voluntary – at liberty – fraudulent action willfully – and with malice aforethought – causes intentional injury to others, then there is – in a phrase – a disturbance of the peace, an injury to the public at large. The general population of individuals who are at liberty to do something about any threat to peace, posterity, rising standards of livings, and lowering costs of livings to all, are collectively injured when anyone is injured: in theory. In theory the one injuring someone is one who can then injure someone else the same, or in a similar, way. A criminal running amok in the public domain can be seen as if a mad dog was let loose in the school playground.

These deceiving criminals in Corporate offices threaten, and injure, all. These traitors threaten and injure all, including all those who are foreign, and including all those who are domestic, including also those in or out of any corporation, any voluntary association.

When the threat is not dealt with effectively, which is proven while those injured by those criminals increase in number, then the threat itself becomes a power, which is a power to extort anything those being extorted will pay, including their lives, their children’s lives, and the lives of everyone foreign as well as domestic. When that extortion racket becomes universal, those who are extorted will pay dearly, they will be made to give up on the truth that matters.

“Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.”
U.S. Corporate Nation State Constitution (not a republic, not a democracy, not a federation of democratic republics)

“FOR more than six hundred years – that is, since Magna Carta, in 1215 – there has been no clearer principle of English or American constitutional law, than that, in criminal cases, it is not only the right and duty of juries to judge what are the facts, what is the law, and what was the moral intent of the accused; but that it is also their right, and their primary and paramount duty, to judge of the justice of the law, and to hold all laws invalid, that are, in their opinion, unjust or oppressive, and all persons guiltless in violating, or resisting the execution of, such laws.
Unless such be the right and duty of jurors, it is plain that, instead of juries being a “palladium of liberty “- a barrier against the tyranny and oppression of the government – they are really mere tools in its hands, for carrying into execution any injustice and oppression it may desire to have executed.
But for their right to judge of the law, and the justice of the law, juries would be no protection to an accused person, even as to matters of fact; for, if the government can dictate to a jury any law whatever, in a criminal case, it can certainly dictate to them the laws of evidence. That is, it can dictate what evidence is admissible, and what inadmissible, and also what force or weight is to be given to the evidence admitted. And if the government can thus dictate to a jury the laws of evidence, it can not only make it necessary for them to convict on a partial exhibition of the evidence rightfully pertaining to the case, but it can even require them to convict on any evidence whatever that it pleases to offer them.
That the rights and duties of jurors must necessarily be such as are here claimed for them, will be evident when it is considered what the trial by jury is, and what is its object. “The trial by jury,” then, is a “trial by the country” – that is, by the people – as distinguished from a trial by the government.
It was anciently called “trial per pais” – that is, “trial by the country.” And now, in every criminal trial, the jury are told that the accused “has, for trial, put himself upon the country; which country you (the jury) are.” The object of this trial “by the country,” or by the people, in preference to a trial by the government, is to guard against every species of oppression by the government. In order to effect this end, it is indispensable that the people, or “the country,” judge of and determine their own liberties against the government; instead of the government’s judging of and determining its own powers over the people. How is it possible that juries can do anything to protect the liberties of the people against the government, if they are not allowed to determine what those liberties are?
Any government, that is its own judge of, and determines authoritatively for the people, what are its own powers over the people, is an absolute government of course. It has all the powers that it chooses to exercise. There is no other – or at least no more accurate – definition of a despotism than this. On the other hand, any people, that judge of, and determine authoritatively for the government, what are their own liberties against the government, of course retain all the liberties they wish to enjoy. And this is freedom. At least, it is freedom to them; because, although it may be theoretically imperfect, it, nevertheless, corresponds to their highest notions of freedom.
To secure this right of the people to judge of their own liberties against the government, the jurors are taken, (or must be, to make them lawful jurors,} from the body of the people, by lot, or by some process that precludes any previous knowledge, choice, or selection of them, on the part of the government.
This is done to prevent the government’s constituting a jury of its own partisans or friends; in other words, to prevent the government’s packing a jury, with a view to maintain its own laws, and accomplish its own purposes.”
Lysander Spooner, Essay on The Trial by Jury, 1852

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury…”
Amendment 5 to the U.S. Nation State incorporating document of 1789

Right there in the paperwork is a voluntary path by which the volunteers can drain the swamp.

“They proved their effectiveness during the Colonial and Revolutionary periods in helping the colonists resist imperial interference. They provided a similar source of strength against outside pressure in the territories of the western United States, in the subject South following the Civil War, and in Mormon Utah. They frequently proved the only effective weapon against organized crime, malfeasance in office, and corruption in high places.
But appreciation of the value of grand juries was always greater in times of crisis, and, during periods when threats to individual liberty were less obvious, legal reformers, efficiency experts, and a few who feared government by the people worked diligently to overthrow the institution. Proponents of the system, relying heavily on the democratic nature of the people’s panel, on its role as a focal point for the expression of the public needs and the opportunity provided the individual citizen for direct participation in the enforcement of law, fought a losing battle. Opponents of the system leveled charges of inefficiency and tyranny against the panels of citizen investigators and pictured them as outmoded and expensive relics of the past. Charges of “star chamber” and “secret inquisition” helped discredit the institution in the eyes of the American people, and the crusade to abolish the grand jury, under the guise of bringing economy and efficiency to local government, succeeded in many states.”
        The People’s Panel
The Grand Jury in the United States, 1634 – 1941
        Richard D. Younger

“Likewise though it be said here, that the King hath given and granted these Liberties, yet they must not be understood as meer Emanations of Royal Favour, or new Bounties granted, which the people could not justly challenge, or had not a Right unto before; For the Lord Cook at divers places asserts, and all Lawyers know, that this Charter is for the most part only Declaratory of the principal grounds of the Fundamental Laws and Liberties of England, no new freedom is hereby granted, but a Restitution of such as lawfully they had before, and to free them of what had been usurped and encroached upon them by any power whatsoever; and therefore you may see this Charter often mentions Sua Jura, their Rights, and Liberats suas, their Liberties, which shews they had them before, and that the same now were Confirmed.”
        Care, Henry, 1646-1688.

It is not so much bottom up versus top down as it is simply good versus evil. Those who do unto others before others can do unto them first, known as might makes right, or also known as American Exceptionalism, are evil by their willful actions that intend with malice aforethought to injure innocent people. If people will defend themselves against harm being done to themselves, and those same actions that harm are what people will initiate upon others, then those people confess their evil minds in that way. Those who aggress, in ways that they would be hell bent to defend against, confess – with blood soaked hands and deceptions – their evil: a fact that matters.

If people merely point that out, then the Golden Rule applies only if people seek, ask for, want, the same accountability focused upon themselves: the finger pointers want fingers pointed at themselves.

A Grand Jury composed of an angry mob seeking to murder anyone they – collectively – don’t like is no different than a Corporate Congress infested with liars who cover up for corporate mass murderers: no different in principle.

It is sad to consider the possibility that we the people are almost all evil criminals, yet it is just as emotional, in a good way, to consider the possibility that those same people might set the truth free again.

  3. Too little too late, my friends.

There is no situation we are going to vote ourselves out of. There is no one elected official or office that will save America. Not one.

To put it frankly, Conservatives deserve to lose. They waste their time bitching and moaning to the Facebook echo chamber, auctioning pies, decorating parade floats and hosting fundraisers from which the proceeds go right to the same GOP leadership that is hell bent on destroying you.

Vote Red, they say, as if this is going to make a difference. The worst enemy of conservatism in America is not the Socialist Democrats, it’s the RINO Republicans that all the rank and file Republican sheep keep electing because they lack the guts to vote their convictions on election day.

The Democrats are far smarter. Democrats are agenda driven – they vote their agenda, even if it means electing a Republican. Conservatives are party driven – they will vote for the worst kind of liberal Republican just as long as the Democrat doesn’t win. You shoot yourselves in the head just so you can boast about keeping the Democrat from shooting you in the head.

I like Trump, but he is an anomaly; a blip on the timeline. When he leaves office, whether it be in two years or six, you are going to get another Obama or another Clinton.

Churchill was absolutely right. We didn’t fight when the cost was minimal. We continued to elect the lesser of two evils until the only viable candidates are pure evil.

You claim to be educating the public, yet you continue to send your kids to government indoctrination centers. You don’t even recognize the real battlefield. As long as you can get home from the mall in time to watch Monday Night Football, everything will be A-OK.

So, yeah. Go ahead with yet another ridiculous plan to “educate the public.”

Call me when the shooting starts and in the mean time, pass the popcorn.

    • What would impel a person to ignore:
      * The dubious passage of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913
      * The suspension in 1928 of the Sunset Clause (20 Year Charter Renewal) of the Federal Reserve
      * The confiscation of private gold by Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1934
      * The suspension of the convertibility of Dollars to Gold by private citizens via the Bretton-Woods Agreement; relegating this right to only countries.
      * Nixon’s breaking of the Bretton-Woods agreement in 1972 and suspending the convertibility of U.S. Dollars to gold from even countries; using the dubious legal authority of the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970 ( https://www.law.cornell.edu/topn/economic_stabilization_act_of_1970 ) thereby setting the “price” of a Dollar as pegged to a basket of foreign currencies.

Is such acquiescence smart or in the interests of public liberty? No, and here is a hard hitting rebuke that shows exactly what is the source of such ignorance and acquiescence.

Cato’s Letters: NO. 112. SATURDAY, JANUARY 19, 1723. Fondness for Posterity nothing else but Self-love. Such as are Friends to publick Liberty, are the only true Lovers of Posterity
      https://oll.libertyfund.org/titles/1240#lf0226-04_head_008

“They are ever the chief objects of their own tenderness and good wishes; and the love of posterity is only self-love continued beyond the grave. We see those who have no posterity, nor the prospect of any, engaged in the same passionate and greedy pursuits as those who have; and they often leave their estates, when they die, to those for whom, while they lived, they shewed no concern.

This ambition therefore amongst men, of leaving an illustrious posterity, is mere self-love; a passion to survive themselves, and to make a figure after they are dead. To gratify this passion, men in all stations often take wild and unaccountable courses:…”

      …and…

“But of all the foolish and wicked ways of raising families, none equals that of raising them upon the ruins of publick liberty. The general security is the only certain security of particulars; and though desperate men often find safety in publick destruction, yet they cannot ensure the same safety to their children, who must suffer with the rest in the misery of all. If great wicked men would consider this, the world would not be plagued with their ambition. Their posterity scarce ever miss to reap the bitter fruits of their actions; and the curse of their iniquities rarely fails to follow them to the third and fourth generation.”

Why engage in education when one can love themselves to death?

  4. “two radical Islamists were elected to congress in Minnesota along with a communist Muslim as that state’s Attorney General. Arizona elected a self-professed Marxist US Senator and New York elected a seemingly nonsensical out spoken socialist to congress’

One thing most seem to forget is that the US Constitution is a COMPACT (contract) between the states, the SUPREME CONTRACT for all who serve within our governments – state and federal, not just the supreme LAW of this nation.

Contract law is strong. The required Oath makes it stronger. Each position within our governments carries with it the requirement of taking an Oath to support and defend certain documents, the highest legal binding known throughout human history (oath taking). Because it is a requirement of the US Constitution for ALL (every level, every position) to take an Oath – with all but a US Presidents Oath (higher standard of Preserving, Protecting, and Defending the US Constitution)- maintaining certain requirements in order for those who serve within our governments to stay eligible for the position/office occupied.

What are those requirements? They require each position/office within a branch/government to
    — do certain found-in-writing duties,
    — take an Oath to support and defend the US Constitution above and before the orders of superiors, and above and before the duties of the position/office occupied – elected/hired/contracted/etc.
    — Keep the required Oath.

That is the constitutionally required “Good Behavior” for all judges in order to be allowed to keep their position/office for life. That is the requirement for all who serve within our governments – state and federal for them to meet the requirements of a governmental position/office.

So how can Islamists, Communist Muslims, Marxists, Socialists, etc LAWFULLY take and KEEP the Oath which is to “support and defend” the US Constitution before anything else while serving within our governments? They cannot, so they start the position/office with Perjury, felonies which makes them no longer meet the requirements of the position/office they occupied, and it matters not if they are elected/hired/contracted, etc. They LAWFULLY cannot meet the requirements of the position they end up occupying.

What happens when you lie on a job application? When found out one is fired, removed from that position. Those WHO SERVE within our governments are NOT “the” government, they are placed there as to carryout a job – elected/hired/contracted/etc. That is why all allegiance here in US governments is to those documents and NOT to any person or office/position.

Why are we in the mess that we are in today? Because the PEOPLE do not remove, charge with the crimes committed, those who serve within our governments. Because all Oathtakers (required constitutionally for all who serve within our governments) do not keep their Oath to SUPPORT AND DEFEND the US Constitution, and or state Constitutions as is required of them.

No soldier of any military branch, no law enforcement, no clerk, etc of any governmental position should ever start their day without making sure the US Constitution is supported and defended by others who serve around them. If not, then those who do not carryout the contract as is required can be removed by the people.

Many know longer know this, and take the Oath without knowing what is required of them. That can no longer be allowed by Americans. It is the duty of all Americans to know what each governmental branch/office/position is to do, and is forbidden to do (each branch has different duties assigned to it, and are NOT allowed to use the powers of another branch).

“Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356

We have allowed far to much of those who serve within our governments. Remember if the duty is not found assigned to that branch or position, those that purport to implement it have NO LAWFUL authority/power to do so. Their authority/power comes from the branch or from a named office within a branch. If that power/authority is not delegated to that branch or to the named office within a branch then it is usurpation, Perjury, felonies.

George Washington believed that our very liberties were dependent on keeping the governments constrained within their proper constitutional roles. Saying that a government “with powers properly distributed and adjusted” would serve as liberty’s “surest guardian.” “[Liberty] is, indeed, little else than a name, where the government is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction, to confine each member of the society within the limits prescribed by the laws, and to maintain all in the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the rights of person and property.

“It is not the function of our government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error.” U.S. Supreme Court in American Communications Association v. Douds 339 U.S. 382, 442 (1950).

Patrick Henry: “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government — lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.”

Daniel Webster: “We may be tossed upon an ocean where we can see no land – nor, perhaps, the sun or stars. But there is a chart and a compass for us to study, to consult, and to obey. That chart is the Constitution.”

  5. Reinforcement of my comment including the full Washington quote.
George Washington, Farewell Address: “It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free Country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective Constitutional spheres; avoiding in the exercise of the Powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create whatever the form of government, a real despotism. The necessity of reciprocal checks in the exercise of political power; by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, and constituting each the Guardian of the Public Weal against invasions by the others, has been evinced by experiments ancient and modern; some of them in our country and under our own eyes. To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them.”

Thomas Jefferson: “The most effectual means of preventing [the perversion of power into tyranny are] to illuminate, as far as practicable, the minds of the people at large, and more especially to give them knowledge of those facts which history exhibits, that possessed thereby of the experience of other ages and countries, they may be enabled to know ambition under all its shapes, and prompt to exert their natural powers to defeat its purposes.” Plus he said:“I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves, And if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

George Washington: “The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the destiny of the Republican model of government, are justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked, on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people.”

James Madison, Federalist 46: “… the ultimate authority … resides in the people alone.”

Thomas Jefferson: “Tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry.”

Thomas Jefferson to Wilson Nicholas: “Our peculiar security is in the possession of a written Constitution. Let us not make it a blank paper by construction.”

James Madison: “Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.”

    J. Reuben Clark: “God provided that in this land of liberty, our political allegiance shall run not to individuals, that is, to government officials, no matter how great or how small they may be. Under His plan our allegiance and the only allegiance we owe as citizens or denizens of the United States, runs to our inspired Constitution which God himself set up. So runs the oath of office of those who participate in government. A certain loyalty we do owe to the office which a man holds, but even here we owe just by reason of our citizenship, no loyalty to the man himself. In other countries it is to the individual that allegiance runs. This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom. It is one of the great principles that distinguishes this “land of liberty” from other countries”.

    • “Why are we in the mess that we are in today? Because the PEOPLE do not remove, charge with the crimes committed, those who serve within our governments. Because all Oathtakers (required constitutionally for all who serve within our governments) do not keep their Oath to SUPPORT AND DEFEND the US Constitution, and or state Constitutions as is required of them.”

For Christ’s sake why don’t you people wake up to the facts that matter? Liars lie, that is what they do, and that fact matters. Violent criminals lie to cover up their violence, a fact that also matters. So you are quoting from George Washington?

George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and John Adams were part of the evil faction that falsely called themselves the Federalist Party. These are the people who perpetrated the fraud by which the existing federation was replaced with a criminal version of government.

Why would that be at all difficult to see, acknowledge, know, and then employ in future actions toward our mutual defense?

Is it a preference for ignorance?

Hamilton was the one behind the Central Bank fraud in the first form it took: The First Bank of the United States. Washington was clearly a warmonger and slave trader. Adams was the one behind the Alien and Sedition Acts, which clearly proves that Adams was at the very least affiliated with the British Monarchy, the same War Powers responsible for all the mass murdering done in The Revolutionary War of Aggression for Profit, and then the Aggressive War of 1812 for profit once again.

As to so-called “oaths” the following may help those not fooled by HISstory:

“Washington broke the government, so he could become the chief tax collector for the Congress of the United States and, also, so he could jail anyone who refused to consent to be taxed ”
      http://www.freedomforallseasons.org/ConstitutionalRelatedReports/Constitution%20-%20George%20Washington%20Jailer%20And%20Tax%20Collector..htm

The so-called “aristocrats” were (and are) a faction of the whole population in any place on earth, including all these States in America, presumably united under common laws of free people, such as are alluded to in the Bill of Rights that failed to effectively amend the slave trading contract made by the so-called “aristocrats” in 1789.

These “aristocrats” share a common bond or two, such as a propensity to lie and to resort to aggressive violence, such as shooting messengers who dare to tell on them.

That same group, bound by those same willful criminal actions, have also been known to take-over governments, and then they give themselves immunity against prosecution, as soon as they seize that power.

Why is this news to anyone?

To the citizens of the United States by Thomas Paine
      November 15, 1802

“But a faction, acting in disguise, was rising in America; they had lost sight of first principles. They were beginning to contemplate government as a profitable monopoly, and the people as hereditary property. It is, therefore, no wonder that the “Rights of Man” was attacked by that faction, and its author continually abused. But let them go on; give them rope enough and they will put an end to their own insignificance. There is too much common sense and independence in America to be long the dupe of any faction, foreign or domestic.
But, in the midst of the freedom we enjoy, the licentiousness of the papers called Federal (and I know not why they are called so, for they are in their principles anti-federal and despotic), is a dishonor to the character of the country, and an injury to its reputation and importance abroad. They represent the whole people of America as destitute of public principle and private manners.
As to any injury they can do at home to those whom they abuse, or service they can render to those who employ them, it is to be set down to the account of noisy nothingness. It is on themselves the disgrace recoils, for the reflection easily presents itself to every thinking mind, that those who abuse liberty when they possess it would abuse power could they obtain it; and, therefore, they may as well take as a general motto, for all such papers, we and our patrons are not fit to be trusted with power.”

Were you told that everyone in America at the time of the founding, documented on a Declaration of Independence, were guilty of African Slavery? If so that was a lie. Not until African Slavery was subsidized did everyone then get connected to those crimes in that way officially on the public record.

Now you are told to accept responsibility for African Slavery and you reject that claim? What else will you fail to understand concerning your, and our, accountability concerning how your former wealth is being spent by criminals in fake government offices? Who paid for Ruby Ridge, Waco, the murder of Martin Luther King Jr., and the murder of Lavoy Finicum, and how many innocent victims of past and current wars of aggression for profit?

No? That is too difficult to accept? If that is your answer, then you are a willing participant in the crimes, not a victim. If people accept accountability, right there on false “Federal Income Tax” records, then perhaps people can then be more responsible about how the fruits of their labor are spent.

  6. Great article! My on going comment and question is the Tea Party types are great at Identifying the problems, but there is no one in DC that are coming up with solutions to riding the swamp of the communist invasion that is in plain sight. Where is McCarthy when we need him!!!

  7. “Where is…when we need him…”?

    OK, well, Jesus was murdered.

Martin Luther King Jr. was murdered.

    Lavoy Finicum was murdered.

    So…

“…the Tea Party types are great at Identifying the problems…”

    Not.

The Tea Party (original) was orchestrated by people like Sam Adams. Why escalate a contentious situation to a point by which people become criminals? Why do so when peaceful solutions are still readily affordable?

Is McCarthy an agent for liberty, or another in a long line of double agents?

Why not simply hold the worst to account, in a tried and true manner, rather than resorting to might somehow making right?

I’d like to know, but it appears as if I am alone on this matter.
