Did Swetnick Just Confess to a Crime?

Did Swetnick Just Confess to a Crime?

by Shari Dovale

The allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh continue to become more shocking. It would seem, however, the more fantastical they become, the easier they are to disprove.

The most recent claims come from Julie Swetnick, client for porn lawyer Michael Avenatti. He made an announcement that implied his client had evidence that would destroy Kavanaugh’s chance at being confirmed.

The allegations include mass drugging and gang rape by numerous boys against numerous girls. These are very serious charges that should be dealt with. There are potentially dozens of accomplices involved, if the charges are to be believed.

Swetnick makes allegations against “Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh, and others” repeatedly. Others should include all of the boys that were present and took part, all of the girls that were present and knew of the assaults yet did nothing, and all of the adults that did not protect their children from this debauchery.

Yes. If any child complained to their parents (or any other adult) and they did not file charges, they could have been charged with “failure to protect” these children, “failure to report” the allegations, or even “contributing to the delinquency of minors”. The parents would have been at risk of losing custody of their children.

If that many girls were assaulted, it would stand to reason that someone, somewhere would have cried to their parents about the assault.

At least one!

Yet, there were no parents stepping up to file complaints on behalf of their child?

Swetnick, a 55-year-old certified systems engineer, is a 1980 graduate of Gaithersburg High School in Maryland. 2-3 years older than the 16 year-old Kavanaugh, she was an adult attending high school parties. She clearly states that she knew minors were drinking, using drugs and committing gang rapes, yet she did nothing to stop it? She should be arrested, if these charges are true.

Swetnick goes on to allege that she was one of the victims at a party during 1982. She states that she told 2 people of the incident. Were they adults? Why was there no police report filed?

If she was so traumatized, then why did she continue to attend these parties afterwards?

The fact is that it was never reported, no one was ever charged, and no one has ever been known to complain for nearly 40 years. This could mean that 1) They were willing participants, therefore no crime was committed, or 2) These are lies.

This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened,” ~Brett Kavanaugh
