One Man Against The Deep State

On any typical day the average American starts with a normal routine and takes on the day before them. Generally, most American citizens regardless of their economic status have few interruptions.
A young entrepreneur in California worked hard and had life by the tail. Christopher Kortlander had the perfect American dream home in Malibu, California. Sitting in a picturesque setting, the home was not only his castle but had been part of his family for generations. Chris operates a business called “Historical Rarities Inc.” where he collects and sells many artifacts. From early on, Chris has been consumed with preserving American western history.
That all changed in the blink of an eye.
On this one particular morning his life changed and set the stage for a series of events that can only be described as “Total Recall.” The long arm of the law would soon show its strength and ability to abuse the rights of the individual.
Chris’s battle with tyranny began with the Malibu fire of 1993. The fire consumed his home and most all of his possessions. Chris set out on a journey to rebuild and along the way sought accountability for the losses suffered by a multitude of families in the Malibu area. His battles for truth and justice began there with the local government. The county failed to repair a main road to the area and it was left impassable. It was claimed that many of the homes were lost because fire protection equipment could not access the area. Government bureaucracy and deference given to officials met Chris head on every step. This battle in California shows itself as only the tip of the iceberg.
While in Montana on behalf of his business, Chris came across an advertisement of a Town called Garryowen Montana for sale. This advertisement struck Chris’s interest because it is located in the heart of the Custer Battlefield. With only a closed, run down old gas station and four tons of trash, there was not much there. Except, Chris saw an enormous part of American history in that property.
Among the ruins of the property situated near the closed gas station was something special that caught Chris’s attention. The Tomb of the United States Unknown Soldier rests silently in the little historic town. On May 26,1926 the remains of a United States soldier were uncovered in an excavation project. Because it was not possible at the time to obtain permission from the government to take them to the National cemetery at “last stand hill” the spot was dedicated and marked with a large sandstone slab. As a memorial to the unknown man.
In the early 1970’s, Montana began on a journey to clean up many toxic spills and focused on early day gas stations. In haste to finalize the sale of Garryowen, state government officials falsely gave a clean bill of health on the property. Chris very soon learned that leaking tanks had been contaminating the property.
Montana Department of Environmental Quality and local government officials denied any wrong doing. Through perseverance, Chris fought for the truth and accountability, and he won. Because the state accepted falsified records, they were forced by the court to clean up the property. Chris believes that this may have been the start of a revenge mission by government officials that he calls; “The Last Battle at the Little Bighorn.” The series of events over the next several years are shocking to say the least.
Before we go on, let’s keep in mind that to this day, Chris Kortlander has never been convicted of any crime. He is guilty as hell of being a thorn in the side of the government by challenging officials at every level to tell the truth and take accountability for their own actions and follow the law.
Chris was working as a deputy sheriff while building the Museum and trading post. After seeing irregularities in the local law enforcement, he even ran for sheriff of Big Horn County. In further testament to his integrity, Chris was instrumental in providing a part of his collection in a presentation to the President of the United States of America.
The government at all levels began to connect the dots regarding an individual in Garryowen Montana that needed to be put in his place. Bureau of Land Management has jurisdiction over the “Indian Artifact and Battlefield Relics.” Yellowstone County and other Montana alphabet departments were called to the battlefield to assist in removing this thorn. Montana Judicial Judges and Federal Judges that regularly share cases were on duty to protect the system.
In what can only be seen as an absolute invasion, over 20 militarized Federal Agents with machine guns, raided Chris Kortlander’s town of Garryowen. In this raid, they purported that Chris had in his possession illegal artifacts. They claimed that he stole these artifacts from the federally controlled lands. A conviction of any of the charges would be a felony. The government failed to find anything and that infuriated top officials across Montana. Chris was forced to mortgage his town and a large part of his collection to defend himself against the attacks.
Unable to find any illegally acquired artifacts, the government resorted to entrapment. They planted evidence and multiple trumped up charges were filed against Chris. The need by this time to take Mr. Kortlander out of the picture was on the desk of every federal, state and local official that had egg on their face without a conviction.
Chris spent an enormous amount of personal capital in paying for his defense against the government. Through his unrelenting resolve Chris Kortlander has stood up against all odds and maintained his innocence. The many players were determined to take the owner of Garryowen Montana out.

Have I been captured and placed under “OUR” arbitrary “laws.”
I think not.
No law based on truth, which is genuine, moral, law, can be derived out of fraud, yet that is what happened in 1789: fraud. Therefore those who claim that their arbitrary law is “OURS,” are either knowingly, as in willfully, maintaining the fiction, or they are merely regurgitating the original lies.
Real law, truth-based law, is voluntary, an agreement to do unto others as one would have others do to oneself and arbitrary laws are not laws at all, they are orders issued by criminals, under the color of law, which – according to the criminals – must be obeyed without question: just ask them, as it is not often someone speaking the truth on these matters is “believed.”

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”

“To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;”

The first dictator in chief, after the criminal slave traders, warmongers, and central banking frauds took over, assembled a slave army of conscripts, taking slaves from every formerly independent state, to invade Pennsylvania, so as to crush a free market money competitor.
God blesses for sure, and he also warns.
“8 Hear, my son, your father’s instruction And do not forsake your mother’s teaching ; 9 Indeed, they are a graceful wreath to your head And ornaments about your neck. 10 My son, if sinners entice you, Do not consent. 11 If they say, “Come with us, Let us lie in wait for blood, Let us ambush the innocent without cause ; 12 Let us swallow them alive like Sheol, Even whole, as those who go down to the pit ; 13 We will find all kinds of precious wealth, We will fill our houses with spoil ; 14 Throw in your lot with us, We shall all have one purse,” 15 My son, do not walk in the way with them. Now, suppose oppressions {442} should arise under this government, and any writer should dare to stand forth, and expose to the community at large the abuses of those powers; could not Congress, under the idea of providing for the general welfare, and under their own construction, say that this was destroying the general peace, encouraging sedition, and poisoning the minds of the people? It is up to the PEOPLE to make sure that governmental agencies are Lawfully created (follow the US Constitution in its delegation of powers/authority to the different branches and named offices within a branch), and are doing the constitutional duties assigned to that position.
Is this agency performing a power/authority that was delegated to it in writing within the US Constitution? Is it on the list of duties/powers/etc for the federal government? I believe that it is a state power that you are discussing in the article, but if not found within your state’s Constitution then it is a power that was RETAINED by the people of that state. That is how our constitutional republic LAWFULLY works, and that is in writing for all to know.
Since the general (fed) governments limits on land it may acquire and what use it MUST be used for is in writing within the US Constitution, and they at this time since no amendment has been created to change it, seem to be in a unlawful action against you, against your state (I do not know your state’s Constitution well, so cannot be sure).
IF, as I do believe, the BLM itself is an unLawful agency, then nothing it does can be considered other then color of law, and its actions *terrorism, treason, and seditious (probably a whole lot more).
Sedition is legally defined as ”the criminal act of revolting against an established authority, usually in the form of treason or defamation of a government.” Sedition not only covers a person’s actions but also any words or writings in print that may incite, encourage or promote the overthrowing of a government; it’s seditious libel. Our government is a constitutional republic of which the US CONSTITUTION is supreme, followed by each state’s Constitution which is the highest LAW of the state except in the rare instances of conflict with the US Constitution – which is rare since the fed gov was created to be a representative FOR THE STATES in dealing with foreign affairs (mostly). IF this IS a unLawful agency, then everything that agency does is against our legitimate government.

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of this land, it must be observed that the only crimes I found that is assigned to the federal government in the Constitution for law enforcement purposes are Treason, Piracy, Counterfeiting, and International law violations. I might be mistaken and overlooked something.
Color of Law: “The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under “color of law.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, page 241.
28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
Treason – Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States provides: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. …” Treason (Section 2385) & Misprision of Treason (Section 2382)
Three elements are necessary for an offense to constitute treason:
— an obligation of allegiance to the legal order,
— intent to go against the legal order, and then
— action to violate that obligation.
Federal Crop Ins. Corp v. Merrill, 332 U. S. 380, 384 (1947): “Whatever the form in which the Government functions, anyone entering into an arrangement with the Government takes the risk of having accurately ascertained that he who purports to act for the Government stays within the bounds of his authority. The scope of this authority may be explicitly defined by Congress or be limited by delegated legislation, properly exercised through the rulemaking power.”

Not long ago it was common for people to respond to someone questioning the official mountain of lies with a statement resembling: “If what you are saying is true, then someone would have spoken up about it, yet no one has, and therefore what you are saying (you speaking up about it) is false, and you are a conspiracy theorist, which is one step from you being a terrorist.”
Now there is what is called a sea change. Like a demented game of Whack a Mole, the criminals posing (counterfeiting) government are taxed to the limit.
