Walmart Burglary Leads To Four Arrests

Hayden, ID-On October 1, 2016 at approximately 8:00 A.M, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Hayden Walmart for a reported burglary.

Walmart employees reported several individuals had taken a cart full of stolen merchandise out of the front door of the store and loaded the property into a vehicle. Walmart employees were able provide the vehicle description and direction of travel of the car to the deputies. Deputies responded to area and located the vehicle leaving the area and conducted a traffic stop on it in the Kohl’s parking lot.

During the stop, the deputies observed the stolen property in the backseat of the vehicle.

During the search of the car multiple stolen items were located to include driver’s licenses and credit cards belonging to identity theft victims. Marijuana and paraphernalia/needles were also located in the vehicle.

Rebecca L. Turner, 34, of Spokane, WA was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lela L. Haisley, 33, of Spokane, WA was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary, false info to law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia. She also had a warrant for drugs out of Washington.

Brendan M. Fletcher, 26, of Spokane was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property and grand theft.

Dustin M. Davis, 36, of Hoquiam, WA was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
