State Lands Discussed with Cornel Rasor – Video

A medium length presentation of the state lands issue by Cornel Rasor, former Bonner County Commissioner.

With so much misinformation about this issue, Cornel attempts to clear up some of the common misconceptions.

Constitutionally, the federal government should only be overseeing lands that were authorized in article 1 section 17 of the Constitution.

All other lands based upon the Constitution, the Equal Footing Doctrine and the Compact Theory as well as subsequent demonstrations of compliance in the first 38 states, should be seated back to the states upon entrance into the union.

Highlights include clear information regarding the ability of the states to actually manage their lands and make a profit while protecting them.

Contrary to popular belief there is no intention to un-designated wilderness.

Cornel also makes a compelling case for allowing the Western states to make their own way fiscally without welfare reparations from the eastern states.

Video presentation in four parts. Recorded at the Oath Keepers of Boundary County, Idaho meeting, February 5, 2016.
